2nd highest weight of Tyson's career. The Hawaii training camp and all that good weed. Dude showed up for a public ass kicking with only marginal effort to win. Felt bad for Ronnie Shields, guy was trying his best with a fighter that was only there for the paycheck.

Lennox & Mike are true warriors to this day, showing respect for each other at the end of the fight says it all.

That uppercut in the first round took a toll on Tyson. He was done after 3 rounds. A shadow of his former self. Lewis really knew how to take advantage of his long reach in all his fights.

Tyson had Plan A but no plan B. If he didn't knock out his opponent in the early rounds and it became a boxing match then he struggled throughout his career. Lewis was a much more accomplished boxer but many Americans didn't give him the credit he deserved.

Just turned up for the 'one more pay day' Sad. But still one of the greatest fighters.

I've been reading comments, most are about what if this or that. None of that happened, ever. In their prime, both of these fighters were awesome. In this match, they were both pretty much done except still a threat to each other. Both were doing what they could. Lewis won.

Kid Dynamite was long gone before this fight , iron mike has broken better boxers than Lewis , shattered them to tiny shreds .. death of Cus D'Amato was the downfall of Mike .. Remember the twenty yr old Tyson ? ..well there you go, no more head movements here ...this was a shadow of Mike here ..just fighting to feed his kids here..sad ...Donovan "Razor" Ruddock is better than Lewis and with a broken jaw he embraced Tyson and called him the best after the fight ..

That's the most annoying part of Mike Tyson's fights. People are still at the gates buying tickets and the fight is over. He lacks discipline and finesse. That's why he faded away easily. He was not at all the likes of Mohammed Ali and co!

tbf he was threatening to eat a childless Lennox Lewis' children, he bit Lewis' leg after starting a brawl at a press conference, threatened to rape someone and "make them his bitch" at the same conference while throwing out racist remarks. He was hardly a bastion of maturity, decency or sanity can't really blame them for not acknowledging him as a functioning adult.

I watched the Douglas/Tyson fight live years ago. Watched this old replay at least 3 years ago. Lewis had the longest reach of any heavyweight ever. His Jab was a power hammer and at 250 pounds had lightning speed! Tyson even in his prime would have had to land an early round knockout to win against a opponent like Lewis. Love and respect both fighters. Frazier,Ali,Foreman, Lennox against those warriors would have been epic

I always felt a bit bad for Tyson, but this fight is as good an example as you'll find of his flaws. He's a fighter not a boxer. As soon as he lost that tiny little bit of speed that allowed him to close in quickly he was more or less done. Lewis outboxes him easily.

He was never going to be the same tyson once he hit mid 20s.. his style is for a younger man.

Lenox doesn't duck punches much but he doesn't need to coz he can really take the punches. Nothing phases him and he is so big, quick & very skilled boxer. George Foreman! What you fail to realize is, Lennox Lewis fought an old man out of his prime! Mike Tyson looked terrible during and after that Buster Douglas fight! went to prison for that female, it was never the same again! And I’ll say it one more time, Mike Tyson should have never of gotten rid of Kevin Rooney!

I can't tell if the girl is Lewis or not.. seems like "she" just wants to hug Tyson into submission! DISGUSTING win.. Tyson comes forward to fight and trade punched like a fighter and all Lewis wants to do is hold him.. makes you wonder what he's hiding in that beauty salon styled hair job of his!!!
