Shoots man, I've been doing pushups my entire life (52 years), in fact I do 300 every morning, 150 at a time and I've only seen this type and the hindu version just yesterday and this one today. These are WAY more effective, and I can only do about 50 at a time before I'm completely gassed... Very effective!!!

rotating push up bars are great because you can do different push ups with your hands at different angles. The different angles work different muscles in the arms and chest. You can also twist them as you're going down and up.

@@SAINTFLOOR ever heard about cheat reps? You can increase muscle stimulus by doing couple more reps with different form or help of a training partner. Similar idea is when you take off some weight and do adittional couple reps straight after the set. It shouldn't be used all the time though as it put muscles under strong preassure. In push ups for example you can activate muscless more that way and by changing form a little you can tire the muscle groups that work less by targeting them with specific movement change. So adding more reps with different (broken is not the best word as it brings benefits) so with different form, is not diminishing positive effects of previous reps but also add some additional bonus. Of course you add these reps at the end of a set after doing as much as you can with proper form. It's generally not recommended for beginners I must add.

I recommend people try the Hindu push up variation, especially if they want to target the core much more heavily. It targets all the same muscle groups, but because you end up in a upward facing dog position you're stretching the core out much more, and I've been finding it has good results thus far.

Most importantly it connects your mind muscle upper body pressing through the hands with the motion of lower body pressing through the feet, as most strikes are driven from the feet up and exercising the two seperately can cause a subtle disconnect.

I love the downward dog motion and the pump in the chest when I do these they also force you to take the exercise a bit more slowly so you have time to perfect the motion and activation. They are really effective and about 80% of the pushups that I do are these way, Highly recommend!

If you have back pain, especially lower back pain, you should try deadlifting, it targets your lower back muscle, and it has really eliminated my back pain, that usually stems from weak lower back muscles. There are many types of dead lift, you can do them with dumbells too, don't go for big weights, just enough to where you feel the muscle being used.

@@darthhulka-burger3187 man, don't even think about deadlifting ir you have low back pain issues. First of all if you don't keep a completely perfect form it will put your spine on a compromise. Two, dead lift reclutes so many muscles that you have to go really heavy for it to be usefel... which at the same time will compromise form execution and will put your discs on risk. Third, sure you don't have weak lower back muscles. They work literally the whole day. Just test yourself and touch them whenever you make a step or a little adjusment of your body position. The only reasons to deadlift is if you wanna be a powerlifter and assume the risks, for any reason you love it and, again, assume the risk or you don't know the risks. Ego can take you there too, as long as deadlift involves so many muscles than I will be the exercise in which you'll lift heavier and you can keep overloading.

I wonder Mike tyson actually had done push ups like the form. I was looking for his video but couldn't find anything. I mean, I don't doubt it because It looked freaking good for the whole body when I saw videos with the title 'Mike tyson push ups' for the first time. I guess his push ups showed up on TV show recently and people started following it. I really want to watch that Mike tyson does the push ups.

Nonsense! If you have done wrong then the, "Law of nature" is such that you will suffer three folds. Nature doesn't do anything uselessly. You are telling me that go and sin and then come back to Jesus, Cry, repent and sing his praises in the church and attend masses and then all your sins will be washed away.... BS
