Listening to Mike talk in the early 80’s vs late 80’s and 90’s is like listening to two different people. With Cus, Mike was focused, composed, and cerebral. After Cus, he became unstable, angry, and undisciplined. It’s great to see him return to that earlier version of himself later in life.

The snap of that punch right after the body punch was insane.
This man never ceases to amaze me even after so many years have passed... He was and is a phenomenon. And he changed so much that it was as if he lived several lives in one. I wish one day I could meet him, look him in the eye and tell him how much he has influenced my life for the better and what a good role model he is even now through the interviews I see with him on social media. He was not only a brilliant athlete, but also became a man who found himself and teaches others how to do the same. When everyone thought he had failed, he was actually on the path to self-realization and had some steps to go, some extremely difficult stages. But he climbed them and here he is today shining even more than in his glory in the world of boxing. Well done master! You changed my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

@@swappedoutZ71 well yeah your right sometimes it doubles the impact of a punch..but what i really mean is that our mind got the capability to send signals to our body about an incoming threat allowing it to prepare which makes a punch less damaging. Or sometimes gives you the chance to do what you just said

What I appreciate so much about Mike is that he’s always been a teacher of the sport as much as he is a fighter.
That heavy bag folded up. Damn son.
A humble and respectful gentleman. He is the most obvious personality shift that we have observed in modern times.
Everybody talking about the gloves but I'm just always amazed when I hear his soft spoken voice. One of the most ferocious fighters with a beyond gentle soul.

No shit 5'10 215 knocking out anyone that wants to eat his right or left hand....He said it's like stepping on a cigarette how ya throw the punch step and twist your foot to transfer your hips into it most home runs that are hit ya gotta transfer the power from your legs not just your arms js unless you have sledgehammers for arms and can throw one from the shoulder

Tyson was really innocent and pure with his words.
He is so nice and polite.
He’s so fricken smart when it comes to boxing, his boxing genius was a huge part of his dominance

Man, I could listen to this guy talking about boxing technique all day long...He's a great example of someone who communicates almost perfectly when he explains something he loves. Mike Tyson is an absolute genius.
I really love his Peekaboo technique

I love how despite being such a monster, Mike sounded so soft here
I wish he had done this as a regular podcast or show. True professionalism.😊
I can’t help but love Mike.
Mike really was just a natural when it came to fighting and understanding fighting. One of those mythical “born to do it” guys
“Well..” **proceeds to pull gloves from his ass**
The Best Athlete in the history. What a legend.
Tyson has the best hands ever. His punches were always absolute perfection
I love the intellectual Tyson. He showed glimpses humility when he didn't feel threatened or endangered. When he was young he hadn't dealt with his pain. He has made amazing progress! Such an inspiring life story...💖

I heard somewhere that mike is really fast...
"To knock out someone you don't have to punch their head, you have to punch through their head" - Mike Tyson
Mike Tyson is the king of leverage. He gave up his secret right there
His love taps sound like gun shots. 👑
He understands what it is to be a true martial artist. It’s fight science.
Yo we love Mike. Bro had a heart of gold despite being a killer in the ring
At this point I just accepted the fact that Mike Tyson Office Worker is that special character you unlock after completing a milestone.
Its usually the punches you dont see that do the most damage. Mikes fighting style was based around getting into the opponents blindspot, and he was a master of this craft
I dropped my phone when he brought in his gloves
Mike Tyson has always been brilliant. Age, experience and his resolve to stay humble just polished that brilliance.
i love mike tyson he will always be my favorite boxer
My dad in the office explaining why he deserves a promotion:
I love this old Myke videos, he was so eloquent and articulate young dude
He really is brilliant at the sport
His coach trained him to be an absolute beast
