Whenever I hear Mike Tyson talk or interviewed, he always sounds so casual and comfortable. No signs of being 'punchy' or suffering from his boxing at all. He gives some great interviews and always sounds like he really thinks about what he's going to talk about before he does it. Heard a great interview with him after Barack Obama was elected president and he was basically asked if he felt it would change US attitudes. I always got the impression he's actually a pretty intelligent person, it's just environment that prevented him from taking that path.

Mike Tyson was in my opinion the best heavy weight of all time. From 1985 to 1990 their was no one in history that at such a young age was knocking out guys in their prime. His hand speed, power and head movement were amazing and unseen and was actually a 12 round fighter. Most never got there, but in his very early career he had a few that went the distance and he was strong all the way through. In his later career after prison he looked amazing at 29 and was supposed to be in his prime. Yes he was still very dangerous and fast, but the he was just not the same. In his prime against any of the greatest in their prime Ali, Rocky, etc Mike would have most likely not just won, but destroyed!

Mike throws short deep punches. And follows through. Thats how he destroyed people. Mayweather is all speed and zero power. If i had to fight either in a back alley id take mayweather over tyson annnny day. Tyson could literally remove ones head with a right hook

@lukaku2095

He will never be a power puncher if he doesn't try and fix his techniques. Look when he was throwing the right hook. Tyson had to tell him how to throw it with power by twisting the leg and shooting up with leverage. If he doesn't use the right technique he will always have weak punches. He still had good punches but not Tyson worthy.

What I love about Mike is he became so humble, I witnessed it when he fought Mc.bride, he put his ferociousness behind him and is now a great family man!

One of the greats if he trained and focused and stayed away from girls, drugs, and gambling those things held back what could have been The Goat of boxing but he will forever be in that goat convo still

What id give to be guided by the legend Mike Tyson!🥊
هذا الفن هو أعظم ما تكافئ به ذاتك ومحبيك و خصومك على حد سواء
This is a lesson how living legend is that humble and patient!

Tyson trying to teach these youngsters how to knock people out. But they're to much into the floyd mayweather feather punches. Look at the kid when tysons holding the bag.

Mike throws short deep punches. And follows through. Thats how he destroyed people. Mayweather is all speed and zero power. If i had to fight either in a back alley id take mayweather over tyson annnny day. Tyson could literally remove ones head with a right hook

To be fair that kid may not be a power puncher maybe that's why he was fighting like that
@lukaku2095
