Ok so after watching Better Call Saul and now this I guess it's finally time for me to give Cinnabon a crack

I'm new to training 💪 so learning a lot of you, don't you watch sugars or just calories when getting in shape for bulking or cutting

fav cheat meal , hmmm ... i'll either go for a burger with fries or a shawarma

cinnamon rolls are BY FAR the best cheat meal in existence!!

I haven’t exercised for over 10 years and need to lose 3 stone , I used to be a dancer and teach dance classes , I can’t believe I have let myself go I went through some personal difficulties which effected everything now I am struggling to even get In the mind set to even get back into training Do you think you can get it back after 10 years of not doing anything ? Doesn’t the body / bones change every 7 years and the conscious my mind knows the mammoth task ahead I think that’s why it is overwhelming me knowing how much work I will have to put in to get the weight off and get fit again ? Any mental pointers / tips that you use to get into the right mindset ? What is your motivation?
