J Kaw its kinda crazy to think how much of a impact this guy had on so many millions of people. We just knew him from the music but through his music it feels like you knew him personally. Shows how powerful music can be.

I was there that night. The whole place had the same vibe, we were all crying and singing our hearts out hoping that Chester would hear us.

Look at the emotion on Brad's face.

Mike sings it perfectly broken. Makes my heart hurt to hear his pain. It's OK brother we love you. Thanks for giving us linkin park again

I only have to hear the beginning of this song and my heart breaks again. And Mike singing it hurts even more....his voice sounds heartbroken too💔

I´ve never seen them live. I wanted to go on a show last summer but then my prom was at the same day and I decided not to go....I regret nothing more. And I feel like crying too...each time I hear One More Light I could cry. That´s why I always skip the song when I hear this few tones at the beginning. It still hurts so much.

I can't help but tear up as the song is just beginning because I always imagine Chester putting his hand on mikes shoulder while standing behind him and smiling while whispering you can do it buddy...

Sometimes.... I feel like from beginning, this song was meant for Mike to sing and carry forward with the band. When Chester sang, it hurt. When Mike sang, it hurt even more but eventually...as he continues to sing, it will no longer be painful but captivating to listen and we will reminisce our lost loved ones with Mike's raw, angelic voice as messenger.

Honestly Mike deserves so much credit and respect for doing this no one else could have sang this it had to be Mike and imagine someone you’ve know 20 years and spent most of your life with touring making history really and then they pass away the courage for him to get up and do that barley after a month of them passing massive massive respect Mike ❤️

I have so much respect for Mike performing this barring the fact of not only how emotionally tough this song is to sing, but to do it for your best friend at his tribute concert! Mike Shinoda is such a legend, just like Chester is.👌

ultim ate there's an interview of Chester and Mike talking about this song, Mike actually wrote it, he said he's been sad but never dealt with depression. He said it's a reflection of the depression the people around him feel and how he wants to help

Mike, you were Chesters light on his darkest night. Never think there was more you could have done for sometimes people need to sleep as their pain is too bad but people like you make their lives as good as it can be and I know you were the bright shining star in Chesters life. You care, yes, you do!! and we all know that & we are right behind you. We love you and we love Chester and nothing destroys love. Please keep singing, please keep making music as we are singing with you...always & ever xxxxx

I stumbled upon this song by accident and I began crying in the first verse. My son loves Linkin Park and I've been listening to them from the beginning...it really hit home when I listened to the older stuff sang accoustically. As parents we don't always "get" it at first...but after listening to numb, crawling in my skin, etc. Early Linkin Park stuff...I totally get why my son loves this great inspiration of musicians and one thing is for sure...this 53 yr old Fan will continue to listen and also pray that Chester found the peace he so desperately sought while here on Earth. RIP Chester and Rock On LP!!! We love you!

I can’t believe how far Mike has come since this concert, since Chester passed. I’m proud of him and happy that he’s still making music and producing artists.

Bless that audience for helping him sing this. You can tell it was really hard for him.

Do you guys know on the one of their last interview. When chester is asked what is his most fav part from making last album. And mike said "mike". And chester said loudly "yeeessss!!!". Man. I CANT EVEN.

You can hear his pain and heartache in his voice. I am so glad he went out and performed the band's music after Chester died. We needed to know that Linkin Park would be ok and the music we loved would stay alive.

In this moment, the guys from Linkin Park are the loneliest people in the world. It was heartbreaking.

This hits In a way that I can't even describe based on the circumstances that my family is currently going through. I have loved this band from day one. The message and the music is perfect. Relating to the message is something that comes natural. The pain, of the loss, all of that is so organic. These guys have wrote some solid music since day one and it sucks that I have to relate to something so emotionally powerful based on the loss of a musician so influential.

I just want to say thank you Chester, thank you Mike, thank you LP from the bottom of my heart for all your art and especially this song. My father passed away like a month after Chester and 'One more light' literally helped me get through it...I burst into tears almost every time I listen to it but sometimes tears help you with grief and let bad feelings go away and just feel a little bit of relief. 🙏🏻 ❤

It’s been 6 years. Chester and the band has and is helping me through living my life with depression and etc. Sometimes I just want to scream my lungs out just to lower the pain I’m feeling. Life is hard enough, thanks to linkin park they made my life bearable.

Thousands of lights and people singing to this with the band, thousands watching from home, including me. What a beautiful way to say goodbye to a friend, to a hero. What a beautiful way to celebrate his life.

Do you have any idea how much this must have hurt him? Dear God it would have broken me...

I know. 3rd year is coming at it still feels unreal. It still hits the same. It will never really be the same. All I can think of is how Mike needs to sing this song and perform the entire night for 3 and half hours while knowing his best friend is not there anymore. It’s just painful to see. But he kept going. For him. For the rest of the band. And their adoring fans who grew up watching and singing with them. I hope Chazzy is in a better place now.

Depression sucks, no lie. But Chester had his family and friends and close band mates to help him out. Nothing can cure you but Ii don't want to imagine how much worse off he would have been without these people. They kept him going when things were hard and for that I will always be greatfuk.

Still hard to belive that a man who was leading me throught the impossible fight with depression is gone. I'd like to thank him at least once, but I'll never get this chance. Everyone's missing you, Chester!
