Bad friends bad wife. Bad promoter letting this CTE walking experiment continue. He shows he can’t handle fails AT ALL. Barely goes to jail and ruins his life, so the fall from KOV is gonna be an ugly one, no one stays champ forever and this story doesn’t look like a good ending whatsoever. Shocked to see you selfish fans cheer this on. Shame on you

It's not a turnaround. He was booted for not being good enough. Now he's a whooping retired fighters when he's still in his prime. He's the Jake Paul of Fighters. Good for him on becoming the champ. This isn't exactly top competition.

I mean let's not get too ahead of ourselves though, the competition he's facing now are alot less than what was/is at the top of the rankings in the UFC. Sure alot of them are former champs from the UFC, but the key word there is former. They're all definitely over the hill as well, so beating them doesn't quite mean as much.

Mike should have never been released by the UFC to begin with. He was very well liked by fans and was already in the process of becoming a fan favorite/star in the UFC. Sure his record in the UFC was 7-8, which is not good, especially considering he was 2-4 in his last 6 fights. But the dude was fighting all the time. His first lose against Jouban was his 3rd fight in the UFC and a few days shy of 4 months since joining the UFC. Mike was consistently fighting 3 times a year since he joined the UFC and looking at his record it is all well known higher level guys that are almost all still in the UFC and a bunch of them in the top 15-20 at WW to this day.

He definitely has a busted up orbital bone because very few men can stay in there swinging like Eddie when taking way too many brutal shots. He even said that he felt it when he closed his mouth. It takes a shot that completely separates him from his senses to take him out. If his orbital hadn't broken he would have threw hands to the end.
