It's like he's growing up in between fights right before our eyes

I get that Perry wants to put on a longer show but I love seeing these short fights where tough opponents just fold. Bare knuckles hit different and we see that after just one good punch even the toughest guys in the world don't want no more. The bare knuckle mma is interesting too as they don't throw hands much at all to the head. Would be awesome to see Perry in a bare knuckle mma crossover.

I'm not saying it wasn't the right call by the ref because Mike would've knocked him out. However even looking like Bambi on ice he did beat the count and it was his last career fight win, lose or draw. Also the main event.

im brand new to watching this sport. this is the second mike perry video i watched and i like how honest he is.....when i was a kid, i saw a mike tyson interview and holy shit i was blown away. tyson fascinated me, he was unlike any other athlete id ever seen. no one talked like him...he gave honest thoughtful answers, not clichés or bullshit. in this video Perry reminded me of a young Tyson. humble but confident. i even think he held back on the F-bombs out of respect to the female interviewer. a few slipped but i think he was on his best behavior for her....that observation might be a figment of my imagination, but im old school and i look for subtle things like that. it tells me the kind of upringing a person had. whatever his upbringing was, he turned out to be an honest, humble person and to me thats crucial to becoming a legend. you have to win too..but no one wants to remember an asshole..im definitely a "fan" of Mikes now (whatever that means)

If you look where Perry was a few years ago, on his way out of the UFC, multiple street fights and issues with the law, domestic incidents involving alcohol etc. Here we are years later and he is healthy both physically AND mentally. I have always liked Perry and it kinda broke my heart when he started down that path. Look at him now, what a joy it is to see this man happy and thriving.

Mike just keeps upping his game a brothers getting larger by the minute. Said this before and I’ll say again super happy for a dude with more heart and toughness then skill not that doesn’t have skills he does and his awkward style of throwing shots seems to work. He doesn’t have to be smooth because you have to put him out quick or your going out or your getting battered and nobody as of yet had taken him out. Mike definitely has something to fight for and it shows. Respect due to Platinum, even when he shit talks dudes he still shows respect regardless and that combined makes him a beloved junk yard dog fighter. Love it !
