19:14 Kaplan comments on how tight Mike has been playing. For those who don't know, WSOP main event winner Russ Hamilton was found to have cheated on Ultimate Bet, an online poker site by using software to see everyone's cards. He stole at least $20 million, a significant amount of that from Mike Matasow and Prahlad Friedman. After this, Mike became a complete nit because Russ would call his bluffs with ten high and win with freaking ten high. This is why he is so tight in this season. Basically traumatized the poor guy into becoming a nit

Other than the 66 full to Quad 55( Gus Hansen) hand , every other hand he lost was just laughable. He would play shit hands like 53hh , flop a straight & lose to top boat , flop straight with 109s, board pairs on turn , guy makes Quads & still calls his all in on river . Flops straight , Greenstein wife / girlfriend at that time makes higher straight on turn , calls her all in on river. He keeps complaining about flopping nuts 🥜 & losing. Flop doesn’t mean shit in poker , maybe against a pair like AA or KK , u flop straight , u might be a massive fav but against a lot of range , they still have outs. He would keep saying they have boats & still would end up calling. Only Gus Hansen hand isn’t avoidable , if he avoided all other hands , he would have been profitable. Other than that he would sit with a Million $$$ & would play literally every hand , calling it small ball poker , where u see as many flops as possible , keep the pot small & get F on river 😂😂😭😭

@@Johnny_Thunder if he puts Daniel on a 9 (after Daniel raises) then it's absolutely the correct play. Especially knowing that station Daniel is always going to pay off, as he should. If you're not putting your chips in with Daniel's hand in a CASH game, and accepting getting coolered even if you think you're beat, then you should just stick to tournaments and refrain from calling other people 'fish'. That's why Daniel jokingly says "I guess everybody else would have folded my hand" - knowing full well that nobody is. Especially in a cash game. Same reason why he bet out his flopped quads, betting out the stone cold flopped nuts super disguises your strength most of the time.
