    thanks Mike . you break it down nice and slow . many online drum teachers go to fast and show off there chops instead of TEACHING ! i put this lesson in my notes on my phone. once again, thanks Big Mike. 👍🥁❤

    Nice lesson! I do this all the time and it’s really cool to see someone like Mike Johnston is using it too. And the paradiddle concept is killing it. :)

    6 stroke rolls are great for getting around the kit easily. Those of us who were taught with the 26 essential rudiments and played some time in drum corps like Steve Gadd and myself learned this roll usually very early on. Nice instruction!
