I've been playing for a few decades and I gained a lot from watching your Bloomfield lessons. Thank you so much for sharing. There's always something to learn on this instrument.

Thanks, Mark. I really appreciate it. You are so right about always learning. It’s been six or seven years since I posted these lessons and in just this short periods I’ve learned so much. A lot of Bloomfield and a lot of other stuff.

@@TheRabbi03 No problem David I meant it. I just made it through all 8. Spent about two hours working through them and also having fun experimenting with new ideas I found along the way. I saw the Paul Butterfield doc the other week and that inspired me to buy Butterfield's first two records. Mind was blown and I'm now hooked on Bloomfield. Stay safe!

I think he did both, frequently. Not to mention the fifth. He also did a half step on the third - Albert King Style.

can you please make a PDF for all of the MB licks, because is impossible to see where you put you fingers ( I am just a beginner and i dont have that hearing skill yet.

I used to have that challenge...my two cents is play the scale box first, close your eyes and hear each note. Make that mind ear connection, next listen to the video and him play the lick slow. You should now have those notes in your head and just use them to match up what you are hearing in the video. Slow the video down if you have to and then once you can sing that lick in your head at least for me I find I can make the lick happen with my hands. It's all about mind ear connection.
