Can you confirm from Gw to Ms365, Google limits migration to 2.5 GB per user per day.

I am not aware of this limit, but sounds like a probably limit number based on multiple migrations that I have done in the past. In any case, the migration does not limit the ability to start and continue using your Google account. Your Google account remains active during the migration. Thank you.
Error: ImapInvalidCredentialsException: The username or password for this account is incorrect. --> Imap server reported an error during LOGIN indicating that authentication failed: 'Invalid credentials (Failure)'.

make sure to turn off the login challenge for 10 minutes in the admin center right before starting the migration and to enable "less secure apps" for each account.
