I’m always a bit sceptical of the comments on videos like this that claim their headache miraculously vanished after listening to the video, but I’m 14:30 in and my migraine is like 98% gone, even though I’ve been doing other things whilst listening rather than just trying to sleep. 10/10 would recommend.

I suffer from cluster migrains, and today is the third day spent in darkness and unbelievable pain and sore throat from being sick. When I felt the migraine coming back the second time today, I suddenly remembered seeing this video, and searched it up with shaking hands. ...What a marvel! I was not expecting this to work but it did! Almost instantly. Had a headache on my left temple that was so painful I was in tears. Ice packs sometimes help but they were making it worse this time. Within a couple of minutes of listening to this video I felt relief. It was almost like my head was finally vibrating at the right frequency. I could still tell the pain was there but it was so faint and I was able to fall asleep after about 20 min. Thank you!

as a student who’s always got stress in their shoulders and always has headaches… this is phenomenal!

I cannot tell you how many of these I have tried…and I always read such glowing comments but for some reason, they have never worked for my migraines until now. Wow, this really worked! My migraine was so bad I couldn't even take my meds because it was at the stage that it was affecting my stomach. I !aid down in a dark room with this p!aying and woke up.3 hours later with no pain! Just the residual effect that I have when my migrain has ended. II have NEVER been able to sleep off any kind of headache let alone a migraine! Thank you for this! I will be coming back to visit!

So I normally listen to another headache thing when I get really bad migranes but when that wasn't working I found this one and I was able to fall asleep listening to this and it went away. Definitely using this from now on if I have them 10/10 Thank you for making this

I had another migraine. I don't want to take all these pills doctors give me. This helped me last night I found it before dinner. I listened to it in the shower and my migraine went down 60-70%. It's just a normal headache at that point. I was able to eat and drink a lot of water. My headache went down. I can still feel it today but its not that bad. Thank you!!!

Those pills are awful. I've found magnesium glycinate helps to keep them at bay. And music like this.

I get the worst hormonal and sinus headaches that eventually lead to full blown migraines. After two maxalts, 4 Motrin, two Tylenols and no pain relief I was at the point of tears. Around 10 min into listening to this my sinuses started to “pop” around the right nostril and incredibly the pain has decreased by 80 percent!! I didn’t even know it was my sinuses until they started opening when listening to this! Absolutely mind blowing as even though I’ve taken tons of pain meds, I’ve taken 0 meds for sinus pressure relief because I didn’t even realize that was the reason for the pain until they opened! Outstanding. Thank you thank you!!

I woke up and literally my left arm could barely move. The pain was intense and unbearable. I started listening to this for the first time and the pain is gone. At first my next was stiff, but then I could move it and crack it, and then my arm is better. Thank you so much. I was getting ready to take 1300mg of Tylenol and pray it worked. Try magnesium glycinate or magnesium spray for aches like that and this music.

This is day three of a miserable migraine. I’ve been debating going to the ER since my normal pain relief isn’t touching it. I desperately tried this as a last stop before the er. The pain that had me puking has finally stopped, and I can feel it slowly dissipating. It’s amazing that sound can do this.

I’m glad it’s helping. When it’s really bad, I’m a big believer in grounding too. Take a walk in the grass in the morning early or at night. Shoes off. This resets your electrical charge. Knowing that your music already works, I was so happy to see you had a video for migraine relief. I had been fighting one going on a full 24 hours. I put this on, my sleeping mask, and just let myself feel and hear the music. Within an hour, the pain was completely gone. Even if it starts to come back, I just put this back on instead of taking pain medication (which hardly even works anymore.) Your channel has truly been a blessing in how I sleep and live my life. I took specific migraine medicine early in the morning which had no affect on the pain. I listened to an hour video before this one that didn’t help either. 8 hours after taking the medication (that you can only take once every 24 hours) I took 1000mg of ibuprofen and listened to this and an hour in I’m finally feeling better. I’m going to have to keep this video for when my migraines come back

This showed up on KZread this morning when I had waked up with a significant sinus headache brought on by weather changes. Migraines have also impacted my life. I couldn't believe music could be very effective for either but I'm open to new info so began to play it. Within 10 minutes the sinus headache was 80% gone! Now it is almost completely gone & sinuses are draining on their own..no meds, steam or manual manipulation to made them drain! I'm AMAZED!!! THANK YOU!!!!

❤it feels like a masseuse climbed in my head and is somehow massaging my actual brain 😮😊. At this moment I’m waiting in a triage room at my local ER for some relief from a migraine that just won’t stop and was worsened by an unintentional mild impact of the portion of my head just above the temple that hit just above where the seatbelt is fastened into the car itself. Rescue meds brought 2 hours of relief and then the pain skyrocketed. I believe in using all methods available to bring healing to my body and this will be part of my healing kit from now on.

I am always on the go as a single mom so i can’t just relax. Around that time of month i always end up with the worst headaches. Hormones with my schedule is always tough. I couldn’t find the one i always listen too so started this one I was getting to the nausea point at work and 15 minutes in and the nausea disappeared and the shooting pain down my neck is much less the pain is now very focused behind my right eye and temple only…… fast acting I will keep playing this one going forward thank you

Gratitude to you for creating this for the collective. Been suffering from a terrible Third Eye Chakra migraine for two days straight. I'm a holistic person, so I don't believe in modern medicine. This has help me soooooo much. Seeming as though I could not barely move in order to try and heal it in any other kind of ways myself. Meditation was not a option and with the winter storm I was unable to go out as well. Please don't stop being you, lol. It's now my 3rd day in, my headache has lightened up tons. Omg I’ve tried this last night,I had a horrible throbbing pain and migranes which was very bad,I didn’t take any tablet instead head this and kept it in little lower sound and saw the pain went away,very recommended 😮surprisingly shocking it was…it worked for me

Just wanted to come on here and say yesterday I had one of the most excruciating migraines I have had in a long time. And when trying to find a way to relieve the pain I came across this video. Usually these types of videos dont work for me but this one really did. It didnt take away the pain but it helped me sleep which in the long run helped me get rid of the pain! Going to use this from now on

Thank you. It only took to 9:54!!!! I've been trying to remember to try this as soon as one starts or I feel the tension pressure behind the eye etc AND before I have to take meds (Maxalt) and go to sleep. It worked AND faster than meds. Thank you again 🙏
