At 0:27 LTEX ex Amtrak P40DC 839 in Phase V paint. There are 3 more ex Amtrak P40s at Relco that are still in Phase IV paint numbered 801, 802, and 803(renumbered 1803) They are being rebuilt.

Great video! Nice to see some neglected power getting some much needed work. Any plans to head over to Relco again at some point? I’d love to see if they’ve made any progress on those old Amtrak P40s.
