Midsummer Run/Sailing Leg 2 of the great Asia Expedition 2022/2023 went from Helsingborg in southern Sweden to Helsinki, the capital of Finland. We left Helsingborg 17 June 2022, and after six days of sailing we arrived in Helsinki, 23 June 2022.
The visit in beautiful Helsinki was four sun drenched days of very hot summer weather. Thousands of people visited the ship during our days in port, and we hosted a business event on board before the Midsummer festivities started. We were also honoured to welcome the Mayor of Helsinki, Juhana Vartiainen and the Ambassador of Sweden to Finland, Nicola Clase on board after arrival. We want to thank Port of Helsinki/Helsingin Satama for the excellent collaboration!
