I really love the "Best Defense" card (gain block from dealing damage for 2 turns)...synergizes well with some of the taunt cards because you can pop "Best Defense", then play "Shield Throw" and gain huge amounts of block from the damage that causes. Allows Cap to be that damage tank like Captain Marvel, but with the focus on team, like video said

I said this in a previous video, but draw power in a card game will always be valuable. Having tank support and knock back is just really nice bonuses

I have trouble to get the quick mod. The game is seeded so cannot save scum to get it. And I tried a few times and could not get it

I really like your idea of replacing Quick Punch with Brooklyn Handshake once you can manage to get the Quick mod on it. Double the damage. Double the card draws. Still getting the same heroism on it, AND you're not only getting knockback, but forceful knockback, on top of all that. Quick Punch is completely useless. Either you K.O. an enemy to get your card play back, which defeats the point of it having taunt on it, OR you just do it for the taunt, but then it feels SOOOOOO weak for one of only 3 or 4 card plays you get per turn. One card I think you're sleeping on though is Dig In+. It lets you not only protect one of your teammates, but because it has the counter on it as well you can get in some damage on the enemies' turn as well. Shield Bounce is nice for the AOE damage, but with the taunt on it (and almost every other card Cap has) anything you DON'T manage to kill is gonna come after you on their turn. So if it's gonna hit you anyways, you might as well hit 'em back - Dig In+ lets you do that.

Unfortunately not.

Trying to play Cap as an offensive character feels wasteful to his best features. The Best Defense is an incredible card. It combos with Dig In to do a strong Darkchylde impression and make sure he and the targeted ally cannot die for that turn, as every counter will give back block. It also combos with Shield Charge to do absolutely obscene damage. Those two interactions well outclass everything else he can do for damage output. Cards like Handshake, Sprang, or Shield Throw are fine to round out the build but Best Defense and Dig In should absolutely be there. As good of a card as Tactician is I personally can't justify running it at all because I have no more skill space. That interaction puts a little more focus on him but because you won't need it every turn and because Best Defense lasts two turns you can very easily make space for other heroes to act. Because it's two +2 heroism skills it's also excellent at heroism building, letting him pair excellently with characters with strong heroics that they like spamming - I frequently pair him with Iron Man or Nico for that.

Great videos but the way he pronounces heroism as heero-ism makes him sound stupid.

Looks cool, but not really seeing the amazing graphics or why this cant be on XBOX One. Graphically its almost less than.

Theres a lot of particle type effects, tbh im on pc and they really need to step up optimizations cuz i still get some frame drops here and there.

I usually love your builds...but this one is not a very deep look. Not good.

Yes but Captain marvel will kill her Friends and Ally’s. It’s why she is single and has a cat. I would tell you to read the comics but it’s been rebooted 9 times… so far.

@@slavplaysgames considering it's already sold 700K copies and has a mostly positive reviews on steam, an average active played count of 47K across all platforms with a peak of 77K, it's for a decent amount of people if you can make a better game by all means go for it
