@@keithelrod777 it is you who have a false understanding because you are a Replacement Theologist--THAT is false teaching. In Matthew 27:52-53 we learn about a very unique event which took place immediately after the resurrection of Jesus Christ in or around the city of Jerusalem: "And many bodies of the saints that slept arose [were raised], and came out of the graves after His resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many." Matthew is the only gospel writer who mentions this event. We know nothing about this event except for what is here said. Notice that they were raised up bodily and came out of their graves. These who were raised were "saints" (believers), not unsaved people. They appeared to many people in Jerusalem. Whether these saints were raised like Lazarus, only to die again, or whether they were raised up in a permanent resurrection body is not stated. Hebrews is not written to the Church The Body Of Christ. It is written to Jews --believing Jews of the 1st century, but, more importantly, Jews trying to navigate faithfully their way through the future Time of Jacob’s trouble. The verses you mention in Hebrews speak of a future condition they will enjoy IF they “endure to the end” as made clear all throughout Hebrews and the other NT Jewish epistles (Hebrews- Revelation) Read Hebrews 6 carefully, for example. It is not to you and I, Christians who are complete in Christ and eternally secure. It warns the Jews to endure during the Tribulation and not to worship the beast. 1, 2, and 3 John are replete with similar admonitions. I encourage any new listener to Pastor Woods channel who does not understand the difference of opinion Mr. Elrod and I obviously have to watch more of Mr Wood’s excellent messages and check out Don Samdahl’s teaching at Doctrine. org The Body of Christ have blessings beyond measure, all undeserved, we have no need to “spiritualize” ourselves as Israel and attempt to make ourselves the recipients of their glorious restoration in the 1000 yr kingdom. Read Jeremiah 31! It will happen just as God declares!

Pastor Andy ! I want you to preach longer or as long as you want. Why? Because your words bring the Bible alive to me and you make me see how it fits for my life today. just keep it comin !

Not only do you teach the Bible verse-by-verse, but you teach a LITERAL interpretation, which is so important. Love your teachings, pastor Andy!

Having been a student of prophecy for a long time, I can tell you this is a Godly man doing a great job at teaching prophecy...something that is SORELY missing from churches nowadays...even mine. I'm glad there are pastors out there like Pastor Andy and others who are teaching this vital message in the last days. May the Lord bless you Pastor Andy.

Praying for you! We had to drive 30-40 minutes every Sunday to the nearest Christian church when we lived in Utah. I listened to a lot of Bible teaching on CSN radio (and KLove in the car with the kids). Luckily we have access to more pastors who teach line-by-line through the Scriptures online now! 🙏

Hearing God's Word faithfully taught through your ministry is like breathing fresh air. Gives me strength in a time where I feel suffocated. Amazing how relevant God's Word is to our exact circumstances. Thank you and God bless

Kym, you are so blessed. Never take his teaching for granted. I live in Japan and it is difficult to find expository, dispensational, pre-trib Bible teaching. Nothing would be greater than to be at Sugarland Bible Church every week or everyday if possible. I have learned more in the last two years from Pastor Andy’s teaching than in all my years as a believer. It is my dream and prayer to visit Sugarland Bible Church.

I am SAD when the message ends and patiently look for the next, like waiting for a holiday and finding ways to occupy time, it is SO hard to find a pastor a that IS a teacher and we long to hear from the word of God brought to us by way of a Actual Appointed and anointed teacher from God , there are 1000's of so called pastors that can NOT teach and are obviously self appointed and anointed. I have become a Watchman since 2013 or watch woman whatever you want to call it I've been evangelizing in my own neighborhood since I was 24 brothers and sisters I am almost 70 now and I'm still warning. I called one of my siblings today she's two years younger than me I had warned her about the vaccination she took all of it and the booster she would never listen to her big sister not about God and not even about this so now there's no more I can do but I will intercede and pray for their souls r have six siblings who will not listen to me. My heart breaks. I have been with olive tree Ministries for about 5 years now and love it for I am Remnant and I could not even attend my own church anymore. I was a teacher and a singer and I interpreted for the deaf for many many years in my Assembly of God Church. I was watching in that church too but many would not listen I still pray for them. I actually saw Pastor Andy Woods through Olive Tree Ministries and now I love Andy just as much as I do all them they are at Olive Tree and I watch all of them as much as I can. Jesus is coming soon let us be about our father's business.

Amen Bro. Andy! I wish my pastor taught the bible verse by verse. I've never in 50yrs heard any expository preaching on prophesy. And as far as soteriology goes. It seems they are at least partially free grace + works. you have to confess him before men, walk an isle, repent and make him Lord of your life. Romans 10;9-10 is in their tracks as part of being saved, and to my understanding, romans 10 is about God's dealing with isreal and should be a complement verses along with matt;23=37 and how he will restore isreal during the tribulation period. "He told them you won't see me again until you say Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, because they rejected him as savior when he came the first time. you are the only one I have heard talking about this comparison. I praise God for you and your ministry! May the Lord continue to bless your ministry!

For the person asking the question earlier I just saw a reference from Ezekiel 3:17 that Pastor Andy is reading from he is new using New American Standard Bible. I don't know much about that one I use King James but I'm sure what Pastor Andy is using is just fine he knows what he's doing.
