Midare 乱輪舌 - Yatsuhashi Kengyoo (Traditional)
2 Kotos
The composer was a gifted blind musician who died in Kyoto at the age of 72 in 1685. Meanwhile in the Western World, two great masters Johann Sebastian Bach and George Frideric Handel were born in the same year. Generally, Dan-mono pieces consist of several Dan (movements) and each movement is fixed at a total 52 beats; this is not the case in this piece, therefore the title “Midare” (Disorder).
