    Remember that it’s about sustainable changes! Say you really like bacon mac and cheese; pumpkin mac and cheese won’t hit the same (until your entire palate has changed). But maybe you also really enjoy hummus wraps with smoked tofu and fresh vegetables. Or instead of trying to eat unsatisfying low calorie ice cream, açaí fruit sorbet with a bit of crumbled cookie (it’s lower calorie if you only use a little bit of cookie but still indulgent!). An apple crumble can be a delicious dessert option and is easy to make healthy (cut down/substitute butter, oats are whole grain already!) but fits the same niche as, say, pie. Instead of trying to substitute stuff and getting a subpar version of your favorite food, leaning into healthy dishes that you really enjoy on their own can help a lot! I lost 60 pounds and that was key, especially realizing that I really like oatmeal and can eat it even for lunch. Also, finding a protein powder you like the taste of and doing a big green smoothie with chocolatey protein, oats, berries, and whatever else for breakfast *really* helps (make it a smoothie bowl and top with unsweetened granola if you prefer the feeling of eating). Protein powder can also be stirred into oatmeal to make it way more satiating and filling (and is super tasty with just a few chocolate chips and some blueberries). Portion control is easier if you bulk up your meals with produce, so I keep lots of frozen fruit and veggies on hand. Chocolate Covered Katie’s blog has the BEST recipes, healthy and delicious but with ingredients you probably already have. Good luck!!! You’ve got this.

    After failing for years basically , This year i made the vision that works for me to achieve my goals And since 1 jan 2023 till today july 13 i have been doing amazing Yes there were ups and downs , small breaks etc , but the system i created works very well for me and i always get back to schedule Your videos are helping me more & more & your points and advices are top notch big sis ✨ One of my new favorite youtubers now

    I have always thought i could'nt do alot of things because i was'nt talented or just not good enough until I realised that the people i see as "talented" are humans too and they were once at the position i was right when i realised that this video pops up I guess its a sign😂

    I woke up to this. I haven’t slept in months and last night somehow thankfully got a full 8hrs (I’ve been sleeping 3). My dream was also interesting, showed my fear, but wasn’t scary. I woke up in deep thought. Then I saw this video and clicked it. I feel like usually I do hit my goals but this year I’ve been struggling so badly. I’m so excited for these next 6 tho.     I want to workout 3-4 days a week and loose a couple of sizes 💪. The hardest part is the food, and it’s about eating >.< I’m so use to fasting that I tend to forget to eat or I have been thinking that I won’t loose weight if I don’t eat less. But my husband and I are going to the nutritionist and we do hope results in a couple of months, I can see his changes so fast because his metabolism is super fast. It’s a little depressing because I want to see results too but know I understand that it is different for everyone.
