We drove five hours to get the freshest seafood for our family!
Steamed crab is the most sweet, salt and pepper flavor Stomatopoda, meat especially full, my mother like to eat light, so white shrimp can not be less!
Clay pot crucian carp soup, but also copied the father taught me to do the steamed meat, mid-autumn Festival a family enjoy the moon, drink tea and eat the mooncake!
This year we soaked osmanthus wine, agreed to drink next year~

五個小時的車程，只為家人吃到最新鮮的海鮮！
鮮到沒朋友的大花蟹，只有清蒸才最甜；
拳頭大的椒鹽皮皮蝦，膏多到爆漿；
媽媽喜愛清淡，所以白灼蝦不能少；
煲了有外婆味道的粉葛鯽魚湯；
還復刻了老爸教我的芋頭蒸肉。
中秋一家人賞月、喝茶吃月餅。
今年泡了桂花酒，約定明年中秋大家一起喝～
也祝小伙伴們中秋快樂！

Beautiful festival meals! You did awesome. Question, how come the crabs are steamed alive? I'm land locked and don't eat much seafood so I'm just curious 😊❤

for us, we always steamed the crab alive, we dont kill them before we steam or boil, just because we want the food as fresh as it could be. At where I live now, crabs are all frozen and I dont like it at all, the meat is not as chewy and the smell is bad.

@@carrotcake3666 freeze it alive for a few minutes before cooking is a good option too. I know a lot people do that to prevent the same problem. And your english is good actually, no need to say sorry :)))))

Do you know Japan eat horse. Usa eat bear and alligator . Europe eat goose liver, snails. Korea try best to stop dog farm. They equally shameful.
