Hi! I’m very surprised because recently I’ve learned how many options do teachers have... they can see so many insights! Anyways, can teachers see who muted/removed someone and if someone has texted me through teams? Do they see the texts? And finally, can they see when I have seen a message in a team? If not, can I? Thank you in advance!!! Helpful video btw!

Hi there, It is best to assume your teacher can see everything you do in Teams... be sure to follow all policies and guidelines set out by your learning institution when using Microsoft Teams in their environment -CCC Team

Can the teacher knows if i have turn in but undo turn in my work?

The video helped me alot means alot! But I have some questions, 1.Can I see who reacted to my post? And how? 2. Can I see who deleted some important files?and how? 3. How can I stop children muteing me all the time while teaching? Its super duper embaressing man! That too while recording. That day I was speaking and somebody muted me nd i kept on talking, when i saw children giggling, then i got it that i was muted!

You cannot see who read your post unfortunately. You can see who deleted files within SharePoint! From the files tab, select Open in SharePoint, then access the recycle bin from the navigation, and you'll see who deleted the file. You can prevent them from muting by speaking to your IT admin to configure that setting for you.

Make the students “attendees” and they lose those privileges of muting other people. Click on their three dots in the participant pane.

How do I import virtual manipulatives such as provided by Toy Theater? Will Microsoft provide their own manipulatives soon? We need more than a ruler and handwriting to text. signed, advocating for online students and cautious f2f kids who shouldn't have to share. Thank you!

It was a nice presentation. but I have a few doubts. 1. Is it possible to see the students in together mode as well as share the screen? 2. Can teachers use an electronic markup pen to give marks on assignments uploaded? As maths teachers need it a lot! 3. Is there a way to create a poll within the class meeting? ( i.e. not going to another screen while in a meeting?) 4. According to your experience, what other features you believe should be incorporated as a part of teams for education which will help teachers to give more physical class experience?

1. No, Together Mode doesn't allow you to view all the students and share the screen. 2. You can, but the marks aren't auto generated from within the document. Have your student submit through a PDF. You can mark up your PDF and return it via the Class Notebook and make reference to that in the feedback of the Assignment. 3. No polls yet! You could ask a question and have the students raise their hands in the Participant's Pane and count them. 4. @@competitivecomputingconsul133 thank you for the descriptive reply!. Have a few more doubts! 1. Is queuing in raise hand possible right now? So that teachers can select first come first service. 2. Can students kick off each other out of the meeting? If yes, Do the teachers have any way to know who kicked off whom? 3. Random breakout rooms are possible. Correct? If yes, how? Is the allocation ransom or teachers can make the group? 4. If student mistakenly turn in/ submit it. Can the teacher make it unsubmit again for that particular student? 5. If chat between students are disabled, are chat between student and teachers also disable?

Yes and no! Admins have the ability to mute and unmute all participants but if a participant has muted themselves, they cannot override it. -CCC Team

Hey Karin, Make sure you are using Teams for Education and not just Teams! Usually you will be given an account through an educational institution -CCC Team
