This is wonderful overview and list of useful tips. Is there a way (free app?) to integrate a shared calendar within a Team to offer a variety of scheduled events/training opportunities for faculty to choose from for a new faculty FYE?

Hi Sharon! You can try adding in a shared calendar for a channel in Teams. You could create a channel specifically for the training and events and at the top, click the plus, and search for "calendar" I would suggest using the purple Channel Calendar one from Microsoft that allows you to share the calendar. Check out this article for more info: www.jumpto365.com/blog/an-intro-to-channel-calendars-in-microsoft-teams Otherwise, you can try creating a calendar with Sharepoint!

Hi Ravi! I think that this feature is only for the desktop app. You can check out the Notes on this page: support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/reduce-background-noise-in-teams-meetings-1a9c6819-137d-4b3b-a1c8-4ab20b234c0d

Hi there! You must be a meeting organizer to start the breakout rooms. In Teams there can only be one meeting organizer - hopefully that can be changed in the future!

@@yunnyzhang8029 Hi Yunny, during your meeting you can also go to the 3 dots for more options, click on the Meeting Options, and there should be an Allow Meeting Chat option that you can enable/disable
