Hi PP! Thanks for the suggestion! That's a good idea. M365 Business can't use Microsoft phone system, and doesn't have the same level of retention policy control (your "backups" in office 365) that E-3/E-5 have, and E-5 has audio conferencing, machine learning threat detection and compliance management. If a company can't do M365 E5, then they should at least do M365 E3.
