Боюсь, что с такой производительностью можно заработать только если производить сами станки, поправьте если я не прав но цена изделия считается в десятках копеек допустим 30коп( очень оптимистично,это по-максимому) пара, тогда с 1000000 прибыль 300к рублей. Даже если нашли такой заказ а при таком объёме цена будет в разы ниже вам понадобится 70 суток теперь вычитаем стоимость сырья и электороэнергии ( смело делим пополам) за 70 суток будет печататься 150к рублей вроде не плохо, но это нужно много маленьких заказов, чтобы так цены держать. -реально цену смело делим на 3 итого 50к за 70 дней при идеальных условиях без логистики. Вещь будет приносить денежку, если у вас есть постоянный заказчик с приличными но не огромными объемами. Прессов надо несколько. При постоянных заказах окупаемость около года. Да гдеж взять эти заказы?)

The plastic product is not dropping down coz,if you stop the video at 2.07 min. you can see the elastomer burr has closed the hole on right piece. The burr is hanging the piece on rod. Adjusting heat and material amount can prevent this. Or you can add springs back to plate. Maybe silicone spray can help either. By the way ı would like to know the prize of this machine.

How it doesn't stick on the metal? Kind of oil cover over the metal surface ?

It s a simple injection molding machine . very small . you can make yourself the logic control and the most harder part is the mold . but its possible for a mechanic and automatic technician .... Best wish and luck for your project ...
