MICRO Ned Rig Catches BIG Smallmouth Bass!
Спорт
Micro ned rig catches big smallmouth bass! The new Zman Micro ned rig came out this year and I had to give it a shot in a fishing challenge to see if I could catch some big bass with it! The micro TRD is significantly smaller than the standard TRD but big bass seem to like small baits! I got to one of my favorite fishing spots to try to put the micro ned rig to the test and see how it works!

You mentioned your crappie setup. I'd like to see you crappie fishing with a crappie jig. This was very enjoyable.
Nathan I’d love to see a video on when to choose finesse styles vs more aggressive “power” styles and how to narrow down which finesse to throw. I seem to only be successful with finesse in the River meanwhile every KZreadr is telling me to throw cranks and spinners. Cool video fun to watch. GIVE ME THE MICROS
Love to see more on blade baits… just one kayaking AOY in my province and the blade bait was key in the final
Micro bait fishing is on the rise. So more on that sector will be awesome.
A video on how to catch bass in winter will be appreciated.
Let’s see one on finding river smallies in early winter. Love the river videos!
More ned rig challenge please.
Can't wait for the how to make your own spinnerbait video! You should definitely expend on the DIY bait making department.

That’s coming this winter!
Micro is a blast to switch things up. Loosen that drag and let it scream. Hookset is the easy part. Just caught a walleye on a 10lb test with 6lb leader. It was a lot more fun then cranking in with 30lb braid with 20lb floro.
Some winter fishing will be nice.
Great fun Nathan , I want to see you fishing a blade bait the next time !
Love to see you master the glidebait bro.
Nice to know that the tradition of giving is alive and well. Just keep up the good work with the current program bro.
I love ultralight fishing and would love to see more ultralight cold water fishing.
Cool way to catch bass. Maybe you could do a series out if it.
Loving these real life how to fish different lures .
I like ti watch you go out of your comfort zone and catch exotic fish that you normally don't cime across.

@@nathanquincefishing7122 I am sure Florida is waiting for you bro.
The micro Trd catches everything …I switched recently ..caught bass, crappie, perch .blue gill, rock bass and a northern pike….imam getting equal amounts of fish on these…the perfect lure for everything …I use 6 pound braid ..no leader..coppertreuse color Trd micro
It would be nice to have a video explaining the various technical terms and what they actual mean, such as what is a 1ot hook and how does it differ from a 2Ot? What the ratios mean on a bait caster reel (5.3.1etc)?
Hello happy fishing Friday 🎣👍🏼 great fishing lure I love need rigs for Pier fishing 🎣
Can you do a video on how to fish the Z Man micro jigs? Maybe put the micro Ned rig on as a trailer. Thanks for the awesome content.
I love UL fishing…use 500 size reel with 6 ft UL rod, 4 lb fluorocarbon leader and 10 lb braid…mainly use mule fishing plastics…never know what you’re going to catch…would love to see topwater challenge using micro popper and/or micro popping frogs…
Giving back to the subscribers is definitely a good idea ! Thanks. I would love it if you do more micro bait fishing.
Great content I recommend you use a bfs set up for the micro ned. I have a Shamano majestic bfs rod with a kast king zephyr bait cast reel, it would work nicely with tiny ned rig.
Cool idea for a vid! Would love to see an in depth breakdown of different casting techniques for baitcasters.
That looked like a lot of fun..Look forward to you making different baits this winter
Do some more UL rigs for trout and bass
Oh that was cool, have you tried the Core Tackle Hover hooks yet if so can you do a video on them and tell us your favorite bait or baits you use!
I like big bait and i can't lie. Love to see you work em baits in future episode.
I use smaller hooks, heads and rods and catch 4# bass quite often. 2# is something I use a lot with 4’ UL rod lol
So much good stuff on the channel I will be stuck here for a while. Love to see more tackle talk.

Thanks!
Nathan, the next challenge I want to see is a drop shot using the ZMan Trick Shotz. I think a drop shot bait has to sink as well as suspend, just like a dying baitfish does. The Trick Shotz floats all of the time because of it's buoyancy. I don't think it's an effective drop shot bait. Prove me wrong!
Come to Texas and fish with me! Make a video on BFS as a whole......
Great video. How about some top water demonstration .
Looks like a lot of fun to catch them 😊
Catching them on BFS is definitely becoming something that everyone will need to add there gear for pressured bass.
I like a series on finesse fishing.
I want to see a BFS challenge with some big smallmouth
I like it if you can feature some new baits in the market place.
You should explore more in the world of custom baits. I know i will appreciate it.

It’s coming this winter!
Maybe doing this micro nedrig from bank? I don't have boat so either I fished from banks or waded into shallow but strong current river. I got some hooked but lost quite a bit of lures too!
Just happy to participate in your great giveaway offering! I like more top water video.
Appreciate all the great contents and also doing a wonderful giveaway for your subscribers. I suggest doing some videos on weird lure that works
I'd like to see you catch a nice smallmouth like that on a Bitsy Bug Jig. Great video!
I like you to do an intensive reviews on all z man products.
Surprise me, i like to learn new way of rigging up baits and i sure learn a few tricks frim your videos.
Fishing a full day on BFS Challenge video is my request.
Looks like fun! I'd love to see a micro crank bait challenge!
Bait finesse system(bfs) for short. It's a real thing. I was catching 17" smallies there on 6lb line baitcaster and shallow spool. 2" paddletail minnow. So much fun. Tactical bassinet has a whole series on it.
Looks like great fun Nathan. I started out bass fishing in the backwater channels of my local river when I was a teenager using my mountain trout UL rod just like you are using with a Mann's purple worm and no weight, because it was the only rod I had at the time. I still chase river smallies with that old fiberglass UL rod along with my fly rod now. What a blast! How about rigging the micro as a drop shot and see if the big ones will go for it? Cool video.
Love it
Hey Nathan another good video. I did a tournament there in October.
Looked like fun for sure. How about a video without electronics.
Looking forward to more unique baits to be feature on your channel.
Great video man! Would love to see downsized lipless cranks and/or micro to small flatside cranks which are usually harder to cast but using a light spinning or the newer trend in BFS would be awesome! Looking forward to your next video. Just stored my boat for the the next 6 month up here in Ontario Canada as no more time to get out till ice out in 2024! Looking forward to ski season now! Haha
Great video !!!!!!!! I would like to see a micro build and fish, for jigs and or micro spinnerbaits.
I would love to see a pre-spawn micro ned or spawn
I guess you should do a few episodes on crappie fishing 😂
I live in Buffalo and would love to see you do some really cold water fishing. I would love to win these cause maybe the micros would work good in Lake Erie for smallmouth. Great video thanks!
Do a video on micro-crank baits.

Yes this! I love using micro crankbaits
You should explore new a wacky bait from Japan and do bunch of videos on it.
You never hooked a carp during trout season? I have landed some monster carp on 4 lb test mono , it’s a blast. Good stuff.
I really like to see some video on retro lure thatvstill work today but was phase out for whatever reason.
Would like to see instructional video on smaller soft plastic jerkbaits like zoom super fluke jr or strike king z-too. There are many fluke fishing videos out there but hard to find anything for the smaller versions.
I like to know your process of selecting rod for different techniques of fishing.
I like you to do some videos on Alabama rig and what id out there on the market.
Could you do a bitsy jig video?
I like your opinion on a few versatile baits that you keeo on your boat.
Savage gear have some awesome soft plastic big swimbaits. I was hoping you could do some reviews on it.
I like to see a dedicated video on hair jig.
You should consider using crappie set up for bass, think of it as a challenge.
Do some BFS fishing. And maybe how to make your own spinnerbait. I think you've mentioned doing that in one of your other videos, been looking forward to it.

Do what you are passionate about and the rest will follow. Keep it up man. But you also can make some how to baitcast skipping video too.
You should cover icast in the future.
What about a finesse Texas rig? Looks fun to fish with a ultra light 💪🏽
That micro Ned is definitely small Lol. Next video: how about the “free rig”
Looking forward to you doing how you make your own spinner bait video.

I’d like to see a video of how to find those fish without live scope. Thanks buddy
I like to see some how to fish with chatter bait video please.
Run us through you ultralight set up. Well that can be a video on its own.
Please make some video on frogging.
Make a vid of a line through lure vid with the lures you.,d advise to use
How about some home made DIY soft plastic contents?
If your not keeping them to eat, Or Tournament fishing, That’s what fishing is all about. Having fun. I do find the smaller the lure my average fish size goes down but in saying that you will still catch big fish just fewer big fish

Absolutely!
I want to see you use a BuzzFeed frog
I have been using this for a year now works great just wish they would make it in green pumpkin goby
How about some videos on bfs baitcasters?
I would like to try what you are using
top water at night would be my recommendation.
I like reel and rod review. You should dedicate a slot on your channel.
I am interested in the world of BFS, It would be nice if you can cover that area on uour channel.
Nice Nathan! The micro TRD actually DOES work for VERY pressured bass, I’d cut the Blue big TRDs down to a even smaller size than the micro and throw them on a 1/8oz chartreuse berkley half head as my Ned, just because the half head has a much much heavier duty hook. I love your river fishing content for smallies as I live and fish the Mohawk River, have caught 100s of 3-5lb river smallies including a 6.2 and a 6.6 both came on the choppo 75-which is hands down my favorite topwater, un-intrusive, the big ones can’t stand it. @adkyakman fish brain and KZread will show you. That video you made catching quality smallie after quality smallie on a keitech in the late fall blew my mind. I have terrible luck with a single swimbait…I slow roll on the rocks where there should be fish and just don’t seem to get the bites I would using reaction baits even tho I’m trying to get a reaction out of them by bumping rock? Can you do a video showing how to get fish to react with a bait that’s not necessarily meant for as a reaction bait?? I think majority of anglers don’t think about this type of question - they just tie on a reaction lure instead of learning methods to get them react to a slow rolled swimbait… I’d love any free merch as I have 3 daughters and Christmas is around the corner, I feel too guilty even buying a pack of TRDs. Thanks Nathan! I love the content- I love me some river smallies
Been catching large bass on a regular ned rig lately. Fish won't bite on anything else I throw at them.
I like to know how you identify a good spot to find fish.
I like to have your take on fishing line. What is the best braid you have used, what line to use in different techniques/situation.

I've got some of the micro neds but haven't tried them for crappie. I Presumed they were for bass on the bottom. How would you use them for crappies.
