I literally yesterday, spoke about periods with a friend of mine who's a male and ngl, that was the first time I had a one on one conversation with a guy on that topic. Not wearing bra at home because my home should be the place where i am most comfortable and bra are not comfortable Talking about my periods and pain openly to my father Leaving the room if a man is changing at home because they are never told that you should not be naked, half naked or changing infront of women but women is always told to close the door, or even when your just thighs are showing still covering up But to men it's all ok if you are at home in just boxers so to tell my brothers that it's not alright to change infront of me i leave the room simply
