Jab life m har taraf m pareeshani, dard aur takkeef ho tab kisi ko patah chaley. Yh sab morning walk and talk unko acha lagta hai jinki life aram se guzar rahe ho aur har taraf taklaref na ho. Pir kawwo ko baganey ke leye insaan morning yoga, 4 am walking and uthna aur coffee morning hoti hai, lolzz. Wish u guys have a good luck to anyone who has a littlr bit peacefull life.

Firstly I usually wakup early in the morning at 5 o clock And after that I do wuzoo' and offer namaz and I don't need any alarm for this. And after that I clean the house and drink tea, after that I take a bath and wear school uniform and go to school, this is my daily routine.

I too love walking on my terrace after waking up . Instead of Journaling I verbally talk to myself while recalling past pleasant memories while connecting to self . It helps me to get my vibe 😌 and releases those intrusive thoughts . After getting done with all I write ✍ about the particular topic (as I've taken the 30 days write challenge_ on my 5th now ) and that's how my day begins .

hamare paas toh itna time hi nahi hota hai My routine: wakeup at 7:40 8:45 =clg 👩🏫 1:15= lunch for all but breakfast for me🍱 4:00=come back home from clg🙃 4:00-5:00 = my actual lunch🥗😋 5:00-8:30 = study time with some minute 10 mins break👩🏫 8:30=dinner ,agar bhook hai toh varna just snacks🥞 9:00-10:00= chill or study if energy is left😣😕 10:00-11:00= mobile or family time🤓🤓🤓 11:00=sweet dreams😴😴

My morning routine:- Wake up at 6AM. Brush teeth, iron clothes for the day, wash up. Eat light breakfast. Polish shoes. Fill my water bottle. Off to school. Weekend Morning routine:- Wake up between 8 to 10 (Depends on mood). Brush teeth, wash up. Workout, stretch exercises. Eat breakfast. 20 minute Social media break. Studying. Eat lunch. Rest. Workout. Homework. Note reference. Reading. Social media break. Go out and play badminton for a while. Rest (15 minutes). Eat dinner. Watch TV for 45 to 60 minutes. Stretch before bed. Go to bed. - Hope this helps, it's hard to be productive, but trust me, once you start doing this, you'll be on for academic, all rounder life perfection.

Bed pray,n gratitude pray,glass of warm water,yoga n it's time for my son's school ready
my morning routine be like..... wakeup at 6:30 and off to office at 7 😃😃😃😃😃

Jab life m har taraf m pareeshani, dard aur takkeef ho tab kisi ko patah chaley. Yh sab morning walk and talk unko acha lagta hai jinki life aram se guzar rahe ho aur har taraf taklaref na ho. Pir kawwo ko baganey ke leye insaan morning yoga, 4 am walking and uthna aur coffee morning hoti hai, lolzz. Wish u guys have a good luck to anyone who has a littlr bit peacefull life.

Firstly I usually wakup early in the morning at 5 o clock And after that I do wuzoo' and offer namaz and I don't need any alarm for this. And after that I clean the house and drink tea, after that I take a bath and wear school uniform and go to school, this is my daily routine.

As soon as I wake up, I read out 8 mantras to myself and do the prayers with gratitude for the beautiful start of the day.

I start my morning to listing papa's voice " janu uth ja jldi " And that made my day ❤️

Uthne ke baad mirror dekhti hu kuch positive affirmations karti hu , fir sabko gratitude karti hu uske baad detox tea leti hu fir walk PE jaati hu.
Subhe 6 bje uthti hun 2. Affirmation 3. Boil Water 4.fresh hoti hun 5. Exercise 6. To do list aur dont list ko bna k uske hisaab se chalti hun🥰 main affirmation pitchle 1 saal se kr rhi hun

I wake up everyday at 4.30 am. I take bath and I do flute practice till 7.30 pm, i am classical musician.after that I take sunbath and do yoga.

5 baje uthne k liye 9pm Sona padega to get 8 hrs of good sleep. Jab aadmi 7-8 baje office se aayega to Kahan ye sab possible hai.. can be done by self employed people

I too love walking on my terrace after waking up . Instead of Journaling I verbally talk to myself while recalling past pleasant memories while connecting to self . It helps me to get my vibe 😌 and releases those intrusive thoughts . After getting done with all I write ✍ about the particular topic (as I've taken the 30 days write challenge_ on my 5th now ) and that's how my day begins .

Apki tarah life sabki life itni comfortable nai h hame subh uth kar bahut se kaam hote h or unhe krte krte hi adha din nikal jata h
hamare paas toh itna time hi nahi hota hai My routine: wakeup at 7:40 8:45 =clg 👩🏫 1:15= lunch for all but breakfast for me🍱 4:00=come back home from clg🙃 4:00-5:00 = my actual lunch🥗😋 5:00-8:30 = study time with some minute 10 mins break👩🏫 8:30=dinner ,agar bhook hai toh varna just snacks🥞 9:00-10:00= chill or study if energy is left😣😕 10:00-11:00= mobile or family time🤓🤓🤓 11:00=sweet dreams😴😴
My morning routine starts at 10AM when my mom turns off the fan. Then I start crawling to the bathroom to get fresh and then I sleep again 😴

@@PramilaDhyaniV. true. Aur din bhar itna kaam rehta hai ki subhe uthne ka mood hi nhi hota. Abh mein apartment 2BHk mein rehti hu. Kitna Chhota flat hai. Aur jab cousins aate hai na, (4-5 years ke cousin) wo crayon le kar divaro par Color karte. Kitne bari hum ne unko pakda. Aur aaj kal Ghar dhoondh na kitna mushkil hai aur price bhi baad gya. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

My morning routine:- Wake up at 6AM. Brush teeth, iron clothes for the day, wash up. Eat light breakfast. Polish shoes. Fill my water bottle. Off to school. Weekend Morning routine:- Wake up between 8 to 10 (Depends on mood). Brush teeth, wash up. Workout, stretch exercises. Eat breakfast. 20 minute Social media break. Studying. Eat lunch. Rest. Workout. Homework. Note reference. Reading. Social media break. Go out and play badminton for a while. Rest (15 minutes). Eat dinner. Watch TV for 45 to 60 minutes. Stretch before bed. Go to bed. - Hope this helps, it's hard to be productive, but trust me, once you start doing this, you'll be on for academic, all rounder life perfection.

Be in a slient phase for few minutes... It makes me feel so peaceful... Then I start my day.

Mera morning routine dhire dhire set ho rha abhi apke woskshop attend kr rahi hun 18 days hogue or bad sab acha lagta ab.... Zyda der tak Sona acha nai lagta apne aap uth jati subha bhale thoda bht power nap din me le leti par ab uth hi jati hun apke session ache lagte hain ❤
7 baje uthana brush flush 😁 8:30 tak exsice meditation 20 minute Badme bath krti hu khana banana phir 12 baje khanakhti hu ... 12 se 5 baje tak ghar main padi rehti hu kuch kam nhi hota he Badme phir se khna banana aur khana 😊
