Micro Entrepreneur : Keep an eye on your turnover

As a new or future Micro Entrepreneur in France, you want to keep an eye on 3 turnover thresholds, not to have any bad surprises.
To be 100% clear, turnover means sales cashed in via your business. You want to know about the turnover threshold above which you will become VAT registered in year 1 and after. Next, you want to know about your maximum yearly turnover allowed in year one and after. And finally, you want to know about the pro-rata temporising rule.
