Glad you're still here with us David. Regardless of what you drive, we all enjoy this kind of thing, so thats more than enough for us to exist harmoniously with strangers. If anyone watches anime you'll notice a trope of rivals having a quiet respect for each other, I so wish this would carry through to reality where Jeep and Subaru folks can get along and even take advice from one another when its needed. Wheeling is awesome. Chevy, Ford, Dodge, Toyota, Land Cruiser, Jeep....whatever you got. Go get some fun in your blood. I saw a guy on the trail once with a home lifted Celica...he was having the most fun of all...because he didn't have the burden of breaking his prize possession.

I tried to get into off-roading and just never could. I still get recommended a lot of these videos. It amazes me ppl enjoy essentially doing 12 pt turns all day or crawling inch by inch over things we can do on our feet in seconds.

Dean Otto I’m actually on 33 and 2.5 max travel from RK. In the description of the video you can see a few more specs of the jeep at the time.

Rugged Metro$exual Jeepers Tip #25. Turn off your airconditioning. Draining condensation limits available traction. Tears or other Manjina secreations can also negatively impact traction. Avoid Blinker Fluid spills on the trail by keeping resivor at half way or less. Higher levels will cause spills at extreme departure angels.

+Ri May Normally don't reply to stuff like this, and probably will regret it but I will. I'll be the first to admit, I can wear my emotions on my sleeves. Not ashamed nor do I have to answer to either of you. However you don't know what people are going through in life. This was my first time back to this obstacle after finishing my chemo and cancer treatments. It was something I always wanted to do, never had before cancer and wasn't sure when I started my chemo if I would ever. So yes, a more emotional reaction to something that normally I wouldn't have been. I was so pumped to do it. If it makes both of you feel better and can relax on the suspension of my man card, I just did it again this weekend and was able to control my emotions. :)
