Best coach in *Michigan* football history? John Cooper! So, as a Wolverine fan I can completely understand the Buckeyes love for Don Brown. As much as I hate the Bucks, I want them to win every other game so that the matchups mean that much more. I think OSU will handle Utah in Pasadena, but that Utes squad is deadly and hitting their stride so OSU should be weary; but I'm sure Day is letting his team know that.

@@Jon.A.Scholt yeah he was as bad as it seemed. Michigan could have had an even better defense than this year if they would have run this scheme last year. Paye was even better last year than ojabo has been this year. Very first thing on paye’s nfl scouting report read mismanaged at Michigan

When Haskins scored n made it 20-13 my jaw dropped open n i turned to my dad n said this game is over. Michigan just won. And my dad just said yup. They did. It was fun growing up a Michigan fan in a buckeye house. Good luck in the Rose Bowl.

I have seen several videos like this. From a Michigan fan I can honestly say I respect you. Most Ohio fans will throw tantrums or say 1 win in 10 years. You didn't you called out you're team which is admirable. I can honestly say not all Ohio fans are cocky ......... I found one who calls it both ways fairly and gives respect too both sides when warranted

I can agree with you on the offsetting penalty. Wilson was guilty too.

But did you see what was done to #14 that prompted the reaction? Ohio State was frustrated and it showed at that point. Brown got called on the smack to the facemask of 77 and going after Hill as well. Holding Brown's ankle was nothing, not a penalty. Slapping the facemask, even though it was really nothing is actually a penalty.

And ripping the helmet off of Roman Wilson, #14, was also not the best look for that Buckeye DB. Ripping off a helmet and chucking it is always, always, always going to get you an unsportsmanlike conduct flag.

Michigan went 13-2-1 from 1983-2000 ... Nothing but respect for Ohio State's run of late but let's not forget that Michigan leads the all-time series, won the 10 year war, owned Ohio State for the better part of three decades until Ohio State flipped the script at the turn of the century. It's a CFB, don't have a short memory. Savour the beauty of College Football in all its glory. Michigan was bigger, stronger and better on Nov.27, 2021.

I'm not an Ohio State fan but the only reason why you lead the all time series is because you won a couple hundred games before the forward pass existed. 10 out of Michigans 11 national championships came before 1948, Saying we are the most winningest program of all time and we lead OSU in the all time rivalry is like saying the Detroit Lions are one of the greatest NFL teams of all time for winning 5 world champions before the existence of the Super bowl. If we had some defining moment in the 50's, 60's, or 70's that we could point to as the modern era of football Michigan would be like 15th in all time wins and obviously wouldn't lead OSU in the rivalry.

@marclaporte3710 Dude I'm a Michigan fan since Dez Howard's freshman year. You need to review the actual records during that time (1983-2000). Michigan did have 13 wins. Ohio won in 1984, 1987, 1994 and 1998. The tie happened in 1992. So it's 13-4-1 in Michigan's favor.

The buzz in the stadium leading up to the game reminded be of the 2018 game in Columbus. I could feel the atmosphere in the stadium watching on TV. I knew it was going going to be a long day for the Wolverines. Michigan had all of the hype headed into the game and OSU crushed them. This years game had the exact same feeling. I had a feeling OSU was in trouble. Thankfully I was right.

Michigan ran 64 plays, osu 86........ Wolverines ran for nearly 300 yards, didn't have to convert a single 3rd down to a first down in the second half. Day knew he had the ball in the second half, then promptly went 3 and out.

3:20 y’all beat us in the time of possession battle by 3 minutes

The way I look at it was, I was able to dish it out for years, I have to take it when my team loses. Did the same thing for the Browns Steelers Wild Card game. Don't dish it if you can't take it.

This will NEVER get old! We will carry the Big Ten Flag and plant it firmly in the heart of Georgia and Bama or Cincy (I hope and I have confidence, if I didn't what kind of fan would I be) We will see you next year at the Toilet Bowl and hopefully bring and keep this rivalry "The Game" ontop and it is the best rivalry in all of sports! Much respect to both squads 💯BLUE💯

At first my favorite Ohio state cope was fans bemoaning the three rushing plays coming out of halftime. They failed to convert a 3rd and 2 and Michigan converted a touchdown in three runs on the very next drive. As an Ohio State fan, at the end of the day, that ankle grabbing thing was irrelevant. Of course at that moment I wanted the call, but that doesn't erase the fact that this defense couldn't stop a nose bleed and Michigan ran down their throats.

As far as going for it on 4th and 3 just before halftime, I personally wouldn't. I do know that Urban Meyer wouldn't have hesitated and college football fans are used to aggressive play calling from OSU. I honestly don't know if Ryan Day is a good fit. The dude is excellent with recruiting though.

Ohio State could have own if they made the right defensive adjustments for the 2nd haif but anyways GO BLUE!

Statistically (by PFF advanced stats), Hutchinson has actually had a better season than any college pass rusher ever (including Chase Young, Bosa, etc). The problem is he should already be in the NFL, but he returned for one more year because of the injury. That created kinda an imbalance because he’s essentially an NFL DE in college, which you really didn’t see from Young and Bosa

I cor one feel an upset entails a lucky win with all sorts kf missed field goals, a blocked punt, deflected interceptions and etc... Hard to say it's an upset when one team was so thoroughly better.

college football needs to adapt to having 2 feet down for it to be a catch.

Those Buckeye WRs were insanely deadly. They were the reason OSU was in the game. Luckily the Wolverines had a good counter to them; Hutchinson and Ojabo. And the DBs had great coverage on many of those passes but the WR corps is so good it doesn't matter. That Garrett Wilson TD is a perfect example. Great coverage only gets beaten by spectacular catches and that catch was other-worldly. Also, though the Buckeye WRs are filthy talented I would he remiss if I didn't mention the Michigan WRs and TEs. Their blocking down field this game was huge. On the Michigan TDs that went wide every single one of those plays had great blocking on the outside; and #83, Erick All was responsible for two of them I believe. He is going to be an absolute monster for the U of M offense next year; and hopefully on December 31 against Georgia and the frickin SEC. BTW the SEC fans are the most obnoxious fans in college football and probably in all sports in the US. For some reason fans of schools like Carolina, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Miss State etc (second and third tier programs) all feel like they're amazing because of what one school in the conference, Alabama, is amazing. Sorry SEC fans but that's not how things work. And is there any chant more obnoxious and idiotic than when fans chant "SEC! SEC!"?

Whelp...we are not wondering any more. You can point to the match ups and maybe it was a horrible match up for Ohio...that said our biggest issue with Ohio has been for the last 10 years mental. Yall better be ready to play from now on because we know we can beat yall now.

Michigan offense is actually ELITE ..#1 in points per drive,the most 40-50-60-70-80 yard plays and is 2nd in 90 yard plays .. #1 in "explosive plays" Michigan has trailed for 11 total minutes this year !!! Michigan gets the lead early and just keeps running the ball -- --- Michigan has 14 different guys with a 50 yard play on offense --think about that !!!! if thats not ELITE --plz explain what is ?

It never the 1st person that gets the penalty, its the 2nd player that gets caught. Even if it offset Michigan would of ran it in anyways.

The Cam Brown penalty really didn't change anything as far as down and distance. I will say barring some incredible catches by yall receivers.... thisbgame would have been worse. I'm a die hard Michigan fan but born and raised in cbus.. heck my brother even played for osu..

As a Clemson fan, I love it when Ohio state loses. We're 4-1 against osu but what makes me hate osu the most is the fan base, same as uga and bama. The fanbases are mostly awful and toxic asf

Should Ryan Day gone for this? Absolutely not. Even if he converted he would have had enough time for one shot at the end zone and if Hutchinson got another sack the half is over. You definitely want points and the ball next half. Rolling the dice is situational and this is not one of the times.
