Michelle Troconis Sobs as Guilty Verdict is Read - Live Reaction

Ойын-сауық

A Connecticut jury has found Michelle Troconis guilty on all counts related to the murder of Jennifer Dulos, a mother who disappeared in May 2019. Despite extensive searches, Jennifer Dulos' body has never been recovered. The charges against Troconis include conspiracy to commit murder, tampering with physical evidence, and hindering prosecution. At the time of Jennifer Dulos' disappearance, Troconis was in a relationship with Dulos' ex-husband.

The verdict comes after a lengthy trial that detailed the events surrounding Jennifer Dulos' disappearance and the alleged involvement of Michelle Troconis. The prosecution presented evidence and testimony to support their case against Troconis, arguing her role in the crime. The defense, on the other hand, maintained Troconis' innocence throughout the proceedings. With the jury's decision, Troconis now faces the legal consequences associated with the charges she has been convicted of.

It’s so strange that she hired armed guards when she went on vacation but no security at her large home. She moved 1 1/2 hour away which only made Fotis angrier. He planned this attack on Jennifer for months and lied to Michelle that he won in court. The mess he made was Rage. It could have been avoided, no mess but it was Rage. Michelle trusted him unfortunately.

@@hannakhan3982 The way I understand it, is if she posts bond, she will be under house arrest, with an ankle bracelet and GPS monitoring. She won't be allowed to leave the state. Apparently 10% of the bond will have to be paid ( approx. $ 600,000 by bail bondsmen), who will secure from her family 6 million dollars of collateral. Additionally, her family her family will have to pay an approx. $500,000 fee to the bail bondsmen, that will not be refunded when MIchelle goes for her sentencing hearing. So, first it will have to be determined that her parents have 6 million dollars in collateral, then they have to pay the cash of $500,000. Until that happens she sits in prison in Niantic . Personally, I hope they don't bond her out because I am certain she will flee not only the state of CT , but the US as well, and will never receive the punishment she deserves

Correct. It is a pointless exercise. Served on 3 juries, only polled once. Guess he thought he would be able to determine if one of the jurors was strongarmed into voting guilty. The attorney spent more time during the trial trying to score points for the pending appeal, rather than actually defending his client for her crimes. In the four years he has represented her, his time would have been better spent trying to get her to tell him the important details-like where Jennifer's body is and then cutting a deal with prosecutors to avoid the trial and inevitable guilty verdict. Hopefully everyone will remember Shoehorn as someone not to hire if you get in legal trouble.

Atty Shoenhorn would have been better served by trying to explain a viable defense for his client's presence while evidence was being destroyed. Instead he chose to insinuate unproven theories and deflect. In addition to her own actions in this case, Michelle Troconis's conviction was also due to her attorney choosing a losing strategy for her defense.

So , instead of reporting to court that morning and being sent to jail, he killed himself.

The fact that the family is upset, blaming everyone including the media is not the way to go. Michelle was cleaning, possibly burning, throwing away evidence. Nothing to do with her accent, justice for Jennifer or her family, NO, the evidence says it all. Her shirt and bra is evidence that she was tortured. For Michelle’s family to say that they don’t know what happened is acting naive. The judge is the best, the prosecutors excellent, compassionate not as hard as I have seen in the past.
