Judge Kevin Randolph is not brilliant. Judge Kevin Randolph's criminal actions (include conspiracy attempted murder of the Stamford Whistle Blower Samuel Magliari) have caused great harm to our community. Kevin Randolph has a history of government conspiracy to illegally incarcerate an innocent man (former city engineer 1986-2000) that came forward with good faith complaints exposing the crimes of city and state governments. Randolph's actions constitute felony aiding and abetting attempted murder and other class A felonies to commission the crimes of government.

The morals of the story? 1.Never hate someone based on what their ex says about them. 2. Stay clear of men who are not fully divorced (no matter what their sob story is) 3. Never weaponize children during a divorce. I totally understand women being furious at cheating exes and not wanting the new woman around their children, but at the end of the day, punishing parents with their children always ends in tears.

Agree with 1, 2 and partially with 3. I went through an acrimonious divorce like Jennifer's. The judge imposed rules of visitation which is based on the "best interest of the child or children" during the several year divorce litigation process and in the divorce decree. The order included many good practices for the parents IMO and that a "paramour" is not allowed overnight stays during the child or children's visitation.

@@biancamaclean4794 Every case and every divorce is different, but unless there are safety concerns, children should be kept out of the drama entirely. I also agree there are practices that can give everyone peace of mind, however in this case, it was Jennifer, not the judge, who asked for her children not to be around "the mistress" and Fotis was threatening to abduct them to Greece...again, children should never be used to punish or threaten an ex.

I’m pretty sure there are more testimonies that would be objected by the Defense. We are viewing the proceedings but there are crucial testimonies that the defense has and continues to limit into the court which the jurors can’t include. That’s blind justice - convict only on admitted testimonies and evidence, and deliberate on whether defendant is guilty beyond reasonable doubt. Closing arguments will be crucial as defense and prosecution provides their narrative on why to convict or to acquit.

Why did they have the first witness who owned the property on Deerfield? They showed the video for 2 seconds, never commented on when it was taken, and never stopped it to zoom it. It was the clearest video I have seen so far, and I thought you could definitely see a bicycle in the flatbed of the truck.

I haven't seen solid evidence to point to conspiracy but I haven't watched everything yet and I don't believe they are done, but you say they are prosecuting Fotis, uh yea that's who she helped of course they have to prove he did it and she helped him get rid of the evidence, on video!!!!
