Troconis Prosecutor Laughs as Defense’s Memory Expert Witness Seemingly Fails to Remember
Ойын-сауық
As the trial of Michelle Troconis continues into almost week six, the defense called a memory expert witness to testify on Thursday morning. Dr. Elizabeth Loftus was cross examined by the prosecution, and seemingly failed to remember details from her career, despite her title. Michelle Troconis is on trial for her alleged involvement in the 2019 disapperence of Jennifer Dulos.

Her fee is not that remarkable if you compare it to her peers that testify in high profile court cases (even her peers with much less notoriety aren't paid that much less). That goes for the witnesses called by the defense and the prosecution. So it's rather silly to pretend like the prosecution proved some big point.

Funny how Traconis has this "expert" on . . . kind of a dud. The lies, activity, and her overeager hatred of the mother of five whose husband she hooked up with smell to high heaven. I'm not buying her story: hoping the jury isn't either. She's a piece of work. Odd how she was so nasty about the dying dog . . . didn't think that maybe the children should have kept the dog. She has zero empathy for the family she destroyed and its all too easy to see her orchestrating this. She is superficial, glib, and the ride around Hartford disposing of bloody garments, etc. was obscene: how could any intelligent person NOT question that. NOT BUYING IT.

I agree, this was disheartening to hear. You’d think she would have followed all the testimony more thoroughly, but she keeps saying she helps only with memory issues. Apparently this doesn’t include her memory issues. She could be a good professor, and maybe she should stick to that since she can’t remember the name of the book she wrote in 1991. I think she would have been a better witness if she had studied a bit before the hearing and refreshed her memory on some things.
Amazing how she can’t recount anything about her book then suddenly remembers details about the book.
Sucks when the memory expert can't recall or remember important information.

She teaches and published 21 books, yet she didn’t remember the titles of her books. She has little recollection on quotes she wrote 30 years ago, but when asked abt Ted Bundy, she seemed to have sharp memory. She refused to describe him as convicted criminal but rather a law student in the ‘70s. Selective memory. If she teaches (sounds like she still does), would she be repeatedly mentioning and quoting herself from her books? How could a title of her book so unremarkable if this is one of her “babies” (books)? Also, she mentioned she has no opinion on certain things, yet she is being paid to make assessment and opine based on her scientific knowledge. Michelle, your defence lawyer overpaid someone who couldn’t assist in your acquittal. I hope your team has more credible scientists aiding you tomorrow. Bc you lost. I knew from your demeanour in your second interrogation that you were co-conspirator, if not, pressured Fotis to the crime. But when I saw Pawel testified, it was over! 😂😂 right on
My favorite part was the prosecutor running through the list of the former defense teams she's testified for - OJ Simpson, Ted Bundy, Timothy McVeigh, Harvey Wienstein. And yet she considers herself a neutral witness.

WTF could she have ever added to WEINSTEIN or MCVEIGH's cases ?

Menéndez, Michael Jackson etc she is over the place.. 😯
Let's reserve our sympathy for the victims. The witness deserves zero. She's getting paid to testify, and that includes being grilled by the Prosecutor.
Someone get this lady a notebook to take notes 😆

Masterful cross examination by this prosecutor ..as the dr. and her diff shades of color are brought to light
It was in the Robert Drust trial they had a doctor like this and she couldn't remember crap so I figured this doctor would be the same>>>>>>And She Was>>>Terrible Memory 🤣

Is was her lol
Prosecutor is having fun exposing her. Not now...judge just called him out for disrespect.
This witness had a short interview outside the court and she mentioned MT as an inocent person and the detectives as unwanted people. I think that alone compromises her testimony in court.

So apparently she's now a detective and attorney too. She should get $800/hr.😂
Great job state!🙌
She’s not worth the money!
Did she answer even one question straight? How very frustrating. Surely the jury will see right through her and discount her testimony for the defence.
Best cross examination EVER!! Ted Bundy? Timothy Vacveigh? OJ?

Too bad the attorney doesn’t make $700.00 an hour. This lady has made a great living working for criminals of the worst kind. Perhaps that doesn’t affect her. What does that say about a person.
This judge is a rock star

Lol what? This judge is an old, grumpy, diversity hire fool
She needs to retire. Memory issues are an early sign of dementia. Not laughing at her, but this is utterly ridiculous. I don't remember as if she was on trial.
This lady is a terrible witness. Money can’t buy you a great witness. 😂
A memory expert with no memory. This is a joke . Michelle Traconis is a liar and needs to be held accountable for what she has done. My heart goes out to a young woman whose life was taken and children who are left without a mother. Justice for Jennifer.
Hmmm, I'm reading about her early years as a child living in LA's ultra rich neighborhood, BEL AIR (her dad was a physician). Tragically her mom drowned in the family pool in 1959 (hmmm, kinda suspect IMHO) and then in 1961 the BEL AIR FIRE burned 500 homes and 1600 acres which made them homeless(until new home was built). Around that same time her father remarried which started a difficult time in her life due to a new step-monster(mother) who brought her 3 kids into the marriage (new step-monster siblings). Just thought everyone would find this bit of trivia interesting.

I don't understand witness, LE, experts, FBI, that they don't go over notes, reports, etc. before coming before the court.
😳😳😳😳😳😳 EMBARRASSING! I hope her students aren't watching!!!
