Ойын-сауық

As the trial of Michelle Troconis continues into almost week six, the defense called a memory expert witness to testify on Thursday morning. Dr. Elizabeth Loftus was cross examined by the prosecution, and seemingly failed to remember details from her career, despite her title. Michelle Troconis is on trial for her alleged involvement in the 2019 disapperence of Jennifer Dulos.

Her fee is not that remarkable if you compare it to her peers that testify in high profile court cases (even her peers with much less notoriety aren't paid that much less). That goes for the witnesses called by the defense and the prosecution. So it's rather silly to pretend like the prosecution proved some big point.

It’s crazy what the court will allow as an “expert”. I have watched a few trials and when the defense is really desperate and have no actual defense, they will bring in these so called experts to spout whatever they ask. In the Jodi arias trial the psychologist they hired to testify on her behalf was awful! If you think this woman was bad, I suggest you watch that trial.

Funny how Traconis has this "expert" on . . . kind of a dud. The lies, activity, and her overeager hatred of the mother of five whose husband she hooked up with smell to high heaven. I'm not buying her story: hoping the jury isn't either. She's a piece of work. Odd how she was so nasty about the dying dog . . . didn't think that maybe the children should have kept the dog. She has zero empathy for the family she destroyed and its all too easy to see her orchestrating this. She is superficial, glib, and the ride around Hartford disposing of bloody garments, etc. was obscene: how could any intelligent person NOT question that. NOT BUYING IT.

He’s a dweeb and disrespectful. Total tosser. That goes for most cops when interviewing. The fact is cops use their power of lies and deception and then wonder why a person on interrogations has changes on their statements. This is why many people are falsely accused arrested them sent to jail.

I agree, this was disheartening to hear. You’d think she would have followed all the testimony more thoroughly, but she keeps saying she helps only with memory issues. Apparently this doesn’t include her memory issues. She could be a good professor, and maybe she should stick to that since she can’t remember the name of the book she wrote in 1991. I think she would have been a better witness if she had studied a bit before the hearing and refreshed her memory on some things.

She teaches and published 21 books, yet she didn’t remember the titles of her books. She has little recollection on quotes she wrote 30 years ago, but when asked abt Ted Bundy, she seemed to have sharp memory. She refused to describe him as convicted criminal but rather a law student in the ‘70s. Selective memory. If she teaches (sounds like she still does), would she be repeatedly mentioning and quoting herself from her books? How could a title of her book so unremarkable if this is one of her “babies” (books)? Also, she mentioned she has no opinion on certain things, yet she is being paid to make assessment and opine based on her scientific knowledge. Michelle, your defence lawyer overpaid someone who couldn’t assist in your acquittal. I hope your team has more credible scientists aiding you tomorrow. Bc you lost. I knew from your demeanour in your second interrogation that you were co-conspirator, if not, pressured Fotis to the crime. But when I saw Pawel testified, it was over! Tragically her mom drowned in the family pool in 1959 (hmmm, kinda suspect IMHO) and then in 1961 the BEL AIR FIRE burned 500 homes and 1600 acres which made them homeless(until new home was built). Around that same time her father remarried which started a difficult time in her life due to a new step-monster(mother) who brought her 3 kids into the marriage (new step-monster siblings). Just thought everyone would find this bit of trivia interesting.
