I loved Myra she and Urkel made the show great and yes her transition still hurts me so hard in the chest i just couldn’t watch the show without getting overwhelmed with emotions

So sad that Michelle life ended. I met her in New York City at the Black Expo . Michelle Thomas will never be forgotten. She was a lovely lady with a kind heart. My daughters took a picture with her. She will always be remembered.

Michelle was so sweet. See the picture at 2:38? It's from an old interview. The interviewer asked her if she could fall in love with someone like Urkel in real life. She said, "It's possible...as long as he didn't have that voice" (lol). "I admire intelligent boys and I don't consider the physical to be the most important thing. Also, I don't care about oddities." Isn't that beautiful? She had such a warm heart! 💖

I remember when Michelle was on The Young and the Restless before she passed. She did a phenomenal job in that role had great chemistry with Shemar Moore. I didn't realize her and Malcolm Jamal-Warner broke up but it's beautiful that they still had a great friendship even to the end. Her story always saddens me but her work is a great part of her legacy. R.I.P. Michelle 🙏🏾💖

Yes. And I admit I don't remember her in there and I've seen it a few times. But its been years. Will watch it again.

I adored her on The Cosby Show and because I was young watching reruns, I never knew she passed till recently. A ball of sunshine lost too soon .

Always wondered what happened to Michelle Thomas, and now I know. It is unfortunate she died. She had a lot of potential, plus she was one of the flyest girls on television back in the day. Always looked forward to seeing episodes of any show she appeared in. No, doubt her family, and friends miss her, and even though she is not physically around now. Her legacy lives on through her acting that was captured on film, and people can see her beautiful face, and amazing smile, hear her voice, and laughter, over and over again. So, even after death she has the potential to bring joy to someone's life.

So sad, but she was beautiful nonetheless.😔💖🌹💯

Really sad what happened. Very good looking. I remember hearing about her passing not long after Family Matters ended. It was quite a surprise. As rare as that cancer was it's hard to imagine to have such. Reminds you of how fragile life can be. I swear there better be a heaven

She was a great human being that wanted to bear kids. So sad she was cut out of so much. God bless her.

I have always had a crush on her. To this day really. When they play an episode that she guest stared on,I always think/am reminded of how beautiful she looks/was. So sad. R.I.P.

Hearing her story is alwayd sad, especially knowing that she led such a disciplined and healthy lifestyle just to die of cancer way too youn yet there have people who smoke and drink and do all kinds of drugs and still live long lives. I wonder if they ever discovered the cause of her malady? Was it genetics? I know that if you're genetically predisposed to getting something, lifestyle habits don't really help alot. Great video as always, by the way.

Such a sad and touching story of a beautiful, talented young woman!!! There are no words really. Her smile was gorgeous!!! This video made me sad. Sometimes, no matter how we try to become and stay healthy, whether it's genetic or not, we just can't prevent everything. In 2010 August 1rst, I decided to quit smoking. On the 6th, I was in the Hospital with a heart rate of 26 and dropping along with a brain 🧠 tumor which had been growing for 14 years! My older brother died in 2012 October from lung and throat cancer! Watching this video 📷 brought back 🔙 a few memories. Sad.

Heard the story from other outlets but I had no idea she refused chemotherapy. Sad story. She always captured every scene she was in
