Lovely!!! The lobster and the duckling both look delicious! Although, next time you find yourself in a Ducasse restaurant, I highly recommend you try some of the desserts. Ducasse runs some of the finest party sections in France, so you won't be disappointed! Happy travels😊

To be full, which I call food, is to satisfy your hunger. The meal prepared for the painting of the painter does not satisfy; you will go hungry. Then you go and have to fill up with a sandwich.

Le Meurice has been a two-star for many years. It is no longer a three-star. Nonetheless, it is the most beautiful room I have dined in. It beats many Parisian 3-star Michelins in terms of ambience. One way to enjoy the room is to go for breakfast. Dinner cost Eur 500 per pax and breakfast, by a different operator, cost Eur 55. The same dining room.

The food is not that expenssive, its the ambiance and the service.

Could anybody please explain the10 % tax(?) 20% tax(?) and all the extras on this bill. Don't think that I have seen that complicated total on a restaurant bill.

The whole video was good until the end when you check the bill and said "My God..."

Next time visit Alain Ducasse at Plaza Athenee

I would go definitely to McDonalds to get the biggest sandwich with all additional goodies and still would be at a cost below €100 😅 and also feel really FULL. Heh, that's their strategy in those snobistic restaurants. They serve you very little and you're still hungry so order more and more ... and eventually you receive a €1000 bill 😂

729 euros is an average person's month salary? wtf lol - whoever is making that little is living in poverty. The average person in the US makes $3,500 net of taxes lol. I read the description first and was waiting for the bill to be in the thousands...nice video though, and the food looked very yummy, not to mention that the restaurant atmosphere was very nice.

That serving of what seems to be one full bulb of onion with some dressing, I almost cried laughing....steamed bawang..LOL...I can imagine some fine dining in Malaysia serving a tiny little piece of 'petai' , with a dash of sambal belacan on top.....hahaha...they'd be getting Michelin Star, in no time......talk about authenticity and uniqueness....

You’d be surprised at the taste. One of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten is a steamed and roasted turnip. It was incredibly juicy and unexpectedly flavourful. Moreover, this is coming from someone who usually dislikes turnips.
