The real estate industry crackdown clipped Evergrande's wings, stopped it taking on more debt and had the flow-on effect of forcing it to sell apartments at a discount so cash would continue rolling in.

Sincerely speaking fellow Kenyans, A French statesman and author called Napoleon Hill said," If you cannot do great things then do small things in a great way" hence Hon Eugine wamalwa did and has done great things for mulembe nation by so giving the Family of the late vice president a priority. He has empowered people from all walks. He deserve to be congratulated. Bravo.

Raila Odinga beat Kijana Wamlawa in 1997 election. He even defeated Kijana Wamalwa in all Luhya districts apart from Trans Nzoia and Bungoma. Kijana Wamalwa was a good leader but not a strong politician. None of those things you wrote would have happened.
The last genuine Luhya Leader standing. It shall take long for the Luhya to get a "Mikes" replacement.
Raila can NEVER let other people lead him. He always has to be the leader.
I remember this time, politics made us look forward to watching news. This was real POLITICS. We all had a common enemy not like now politicians insist on divisive politics RIP Kijana Wamalwa.
When Wamalwa was going in UK for check ups ...he said we should place all cards on the table and never place. Others beneath the table...meaning there was mistrust before he died
