I never thought he was much to look at, but then the "feral/chaotic" compilation videos came out after Good Omens (along with him mancrushing on David Tennant) and now I adore him utterly and will fight anyone

What tells you that they are all incredible actors in love with their professions? The way all 3 of them just effortlessly slid in brilliant impersonations into their anecdotes.

He is so precious, he always puts a smile on my face

You should watch the film Underworld he is in. He plays a werewolf and it is fantastic..came out in 2003 I think.

I have read that several writer's of children's book received OBE's and/or other awards. What I want to know is DOES A PERSON EARN AN OBE BY SIMPLY WRITING A NUMBER OF BOOKS, OR DO THEY HAVE TO PERFORM SPECIFIC DEEDS OR SOMETHING???

Yes, if you write 3 books of any length you will receive an OBE. However, you need to write AND illustrate 3 whole books to be knighted

Well monarchy as well in Britain is based on hereditary succession is it not? So it would be correct to say person in past is ancestor to the current figure. Queen is descendant of that person since there is obvious some kind of bloodline connection.

Ancestor means direct descendent. Elizabeth 1 had no children, so the Queen is not her ancestor. They are distantly related but the crown actually passed to Elizabeth's cousin's son when she died.

Cate Blanchett is incorrect Queen Elizabeth I is not the current Queen's ancestor. Ancestor means that you are directly descended from that person. Queen Elizabeth I had no children, the current Queen is directly descended from Queen Elizabeth the First's cousin - King James I. I'm surprised that after playing her that Cate would not know the actual connection.
