A scoliosis diagnosis often results in one of a few limited treatment options: observation, bracing or surgical intervention. But Children's now offers an innovative fourth option for the region's children and families: the Schroth Method, a patient-specific scoliosis exercise program led by our Sports Physical Therapy team. Fourteen-year-old Michael is among the first Children's patients to try the treatment, and his mother, Rebecca, was eager to consider it after her own challenging bracing experience as a child.
