She did have a conflict of interest though.

I’m a resident of Williamson county and have been represented by Patricia cumming. I felt she represented me fairly and never once felt she did anything but her best in my case. For those familiar with the Williamson judicial system it is no surprise they not only got it wrong, but maybe even intentionally failed this young man. I just thank God for post conviction attorneys and the appeals court for being a hope for some. But let us not overlook the many who don’t get the chance to appeal. That’s a whole other can of worms that Williamson county keeps tightly covered. Not everyone in the Williamson county judicial system is corrupt, but all must do better. Greg may be free from TDCJ but I pray that he be freed from an experience that only those who have walked those steps can ever understand.

My gawd this is embarrassing for you guys! He wasn’t just exonerated- he was declared innocent (which never happens). Instead you are going to depend on a this guy? Who had the same attorney? Perhaps lil miss Patricia should step up and talk about what she did! Just saying.

She’s a fraud. She has multiple negative reviews online for herself from former clients. She’s just mad it went viral.

Good morning, I think there is merit on both sides of this issue. Still that doesn't detract from the FACT of this travesty altogether. -b ps. Obviously the next big case is here Javier Ambler. Things have to change since Michael Morton.

I just watched Outcry... I am utterly disgusted !! THIS IS why we need major reform of our justice system!! Police, Detectives, Attorneys and all the way up! My father was an attorney, my best friend is an attorney and I work for an attorney.... No way they would have practiced at this level of STUPID! Pretty sure the law enforcement in this county should all be fired or reassigned!!!! good grief......

I'm very shocked in Mr. Morton! How dare you defend that sorry excuse of an attorney Patricia Cummings. I am very disgusted that you are so blind! SHAME ON YOU MICHAEL MORTON, SHAME ON YOU!
