There was a sequence in a game I remember hearing about. I forget who they were playing but MJ came down the court and dunked on a teams 6 foot tall PG. As he was heading back down the court a fan yelled at Jordan "Why don't you pick on someone your own size?" The very next time down the court Jordan dunked on the teams' 7 foot tall center. He looked over to the fan that yelled at him and asked "Was he big enough?"

17:24 “6 championships out of last 8 years” Just to clarify, those 2 years that they didn’t win, is because MJ took 2 years hiatus from basketball (and instead played in the minor leagues baseball). So technically, MJ is 6 for 6, not 6 for 8.

Hell their children probably having nightmares.
A personal favorite of mine was when he would close his eyes during his free throw to taunt the other team (ex: Knicks) or upon request (Dikembe Mutombo). No one can ever question his competitiveness.
MJ is a total warrior assassin
i'm from the chicago area and was 17-18 when they started winning championchips. Whats missing from the video is the context of some of these highlites, Many of the clutch shots were in platoff and finals games.
The "Best there is", The Best there was" and The Best there will ever be. The champ is here 🏀🥇🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆👊🕶👍🥇
YES! Jordan is a nice guy in public, but on the court, he was a Shark in the water hunting his preys and with his teammates he demanded excellence.
MJ was and still is the G.O.A.T. He was just amazing.
And the only reason they didn't win 8 out of 8 years is Jordan was grieving over his father's murder

As A UNC fan, I think his shot in the NCAA championship game, should be in the Top Ten, That shot gave him the Confidence to take the Last Shot, Made Him Who He was
Michael just make a smile on my fade every time he does these amazing plays, basketball isn’t the same without him, in my opinion, every since most of the guys from 90s left, I think that the magic of basketball is gone, the game isn’t the same anymore.
It's well documented that Micheal was VISCOUS on the court. He'd get into peoples' heads and just break them down mentally and emotionally. Steve Kerr - who was a teammate of Jordan's - has stories that his head games weren't ONLY reserved for opponents either.Jordan felt NO shame in humiliating you and breaking your spirit. He was perhaps the most savage competitor in the NBA, EVER.

A lot of those normal shots were game winners
He was an extremely competitive player and, like most of the players back in the day, he talked a lot of trash. People used to be careful not to make him mad because they knew he would start making plays like the ones you saw in the video.
People get hung up on stats. Mike is the Goat because of his individual talent, regardless of points, and Championships , period, end of story !

I didn't watch the video even though I love Jordan I just came to like and comment on the video to commend Ashtyn on her choice of shirt 🙌🙌
Not hard to do when you are the GOAT.
He’s not not but his competitive spirit is why he’s the greatest. He is considered one of the greatest trash talkers ever as well
I love both MJ and LBJ. Great to watch to them both.
That no look pass is something you develope when playing together for a long period. Even guys who play pickup games are just as creative. When you have a player like Jordan, he is the type of guy who will instruct you to always look for the ball. Especially on a fast break. 9 times out of 10 he takes it himself, but that one time you had better be ready. It's like that in pickup games as well.
Awesome video .
Earlier in his career, in his own words, he felt he had to prove he belonged. The early "stare-downs" after dunks was typical of that period. He was never considered a mean-spirited player. That said, he never backed down from players who got in his face.
MJ is the GOAT!
Jordan's legacy speaks for itself. I just hope his memory doesn't die with him. Jordan and the 92 Dream Team is almost the sole reason we have international players today. That Olympic team caught the attention specifically of Dirk Nowitzki, who I believe is a Dallas legend (sarcasm. He is)
mychael jordan is one of the best trash talkers ever. so good
This is why I love MJ 23 the goat
Jordan was perfect in the finals. Never lost an appearance to the championship.
He's only 6'6 it's not that tall for his era and every era after
The greatest trash talker of all time buddy. The one and only in that area as well
Michael Jordan is the king of basketball.
I was privileged to have watched MJ during his prime. Even when he came out of school and played on the Olympic team you knew he was something special. Lebron has nothing on him, nothing.
He had 38 pts in what is known as the flu game LeBron ain't gonna play let alone get almost 40 pts in a playoff game MJ was so sick pippen had to pretty much carry him off the court
@darkpierre8635

John Curtis Dude, if you still didn't understand in 2020 that Jordan was a much better scorer than LeBron it is that you have a real problem. Go see an ophthalmologist. And Jordan is not the only one to be a better scorer than LeBron. Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant in particular are also above. Wake up man. LeBron is the most versatile player in history but he is not the most lethal because he is not a true Two way player. Don't confuse versatility and efficiency. And LeBron got Wade, Kyrie and now Davis so the Pippen argument doesn't really hold water. Besides, who has the highest PER in history in the regular season as a playoffs ? It's Jordan so even statistically Jordan had a bigger impact on the game than LeBron. So stop with your Pippen spiel because LeBron has never won anything without having a good team with him, just like Jordan and therefore any other player.
The best that ever do it...goat
Cool! 😎
The Legend 🤙🤙
Ur right MJ is the greatest!
If you those moves are not so impressive, you don’t know the situation at that time, they are mostly taken on Play Off games or Championship games, so the intensity is so different. Just look how the crowd reactions, it means the game is in his hands.
Hey I know this video is fairly old, but just discovered this channel. Anyway, I would like to suggest reacting to another NBA legend's highlight, specifically Larry Bird (Larry Bird's Ultimate Highlight from the NBA's official youtube channel is probably the best for actual-play highlights). Also great video, btw :)
The GOAT 🤷♂️ a killer on the court, a wonderfull defensive player, awesome athlete, simply the better to ever do it
You are so right mj...is the 🐐
MJ was the most aggressive player in the history of basketball. One of the biggest trash talkers. But he backed it up always. Filled the erna wherever he went. So probably it is going to be as mixed bag in terms of niceness. But popularity was world wide.
MJ is the GOAT..
Jordan was on a cosmic level
I'm from Ohio but U guys are correct Michael Jordan is the G.O.A.T
He was an assassin!!
The 🐐
He always knew where the basket was. No matter how he was moving or in what direction he was facing. Some of his dunks remind me of Julius Erving, Doctor J. But he was better all round than Dr. J, though I hate to admit it about one of my teenage heroes.
Angry or concentrated big difference but he is the goat
The number two where he can dunk but reversed anyway is when they got their first Championship, imagine a regular player does that would get ass chewing later but MJ did it.
It's shame not to say he's not the best athlete ever
7.44 on why he looks like that because of his very competitive, he doesn't like to lose.,I grow up watching m.j is the goat..
MJ the GOAt all day, everyday.
#1 was his last shot ever as a Bull!!!
Do Kobe Bryant next
The best ever( GOAT)!!!!!!!MJ 23
6 out of the 8 because he played baseball for 2yrs when he retired. Three peat then retired. Then three peat again . Just goes to show you that you really did have "The Best Basketball Player of all Time.
MJ=GOAT
Sixth title in the last eight years. One of the years they didn't win it was when he retired the first time. The other year they didn't win was his first year back. So they went three-peat miss two years and second three-peat. After they won their first Jordan hosted SNL. One sketch they did was with the "Chicago Super Fans". One of the guys said (and it was meant to be a joke) "We're not talking a repeat, a three-peat or even a four-peat. We're talking minimum eight-peat." This got a big laugh because no one would actually think that would be possible. If Jordan hadn't retired the first time, they might have had an eight-peat.

Uh, what? Jordan does A LOT of charity work, especially in the Charlotte and Wilmington communities. Nobody outside of the Charlotte media ever seems to publicize it, though. Jordan isn't on social media, either, so he doesn't promote his own philanthropy, meaning his work never receives national attention. He's been extremely active with charity work ever since his days in Chicago when he opened up a massive boys and girls club in Chicago.
