Funny how MJ missed multiple free throws throughout the game and the previous game, but finishes the series with a free throw jumper at the buzzer. My favorite game

No, but Ehlo a was good defender in the series. Jordan acknowledged that, and took it as a challenge. The Cavaliers were a great team in the late 80s early 90s but Jordan just single handedly destroyed them

The 36 second mark is the fastest you'll ever see someone go from ~36 feet out to the basket. From when he starts to cross over it takes him 1-1.5 seconds to get from 35+ feet out to the basket. Incredible speed. Jordan is the fastest point A to point B player in history.

the move at 2:04 is just pure poetry. no one can react so quickly to double triple team as fast as jordan. i dont remember a lot of other players( or any?) jumping side way not toward the basket when they attack. the ability to jump up so easily coming into a full stop is something out of the world. the way he is able to adjust his arm and wrist to lay the ball up so softy while jumping side way makes him the most crafty player ever.

I’m sure all the players were watching this game intently at the time, waiting to see him fail! Magic said he thought Cleveland would be the team to beat in the East, and you know everyone from Barkley to Isaiah had that game on somewhere! That was definitely one of Mike’s middle finger to the League games, in my opinion it’s one of his greatest games ever, and the game itself is one of the 10 greatest playoff games ever played. The ‘89 version of Mike is my favorite, he was literally at the peak of his powers during that season, playoffs included.

Why has Ehlo been blamed? The Cavs inbound play before was best inbound play i have seen from halfcourt. Jordan made a unreal shot. Ehlo was there. Mj just hung then shot. The best view is from baseline behind. Also who could guard him? Only 1 guy. That was cause it was the team not letting him into lane. Joe Dumars was only guy.
