Ridiculous off-ball movement from 11:14-11:21. Multiple fakes and cuts against the defenders' vision and momentum, gets the ball and INSTANTLY recognizes the gap in the defense to split what was going to be a trap, gathers and shields the ball from Ewing for the lay-in. Amazing.

When they had 1989 NBA playoffs. I could hear the NBA on NBC. The NBA on NBC at the time wouldn't be born until 1991 when Jordan won his first NBA championship

Jordan got double teamed more often in this game than Lebron did in the whole 2018 playoffs. NBA defense right now is joke and an insult to basketball.

75samuel75 Doug Collins offense made it easy to double team him. They’d pretty much just iso him at the top on the wing or on the block and say “go be great” . Phil/Tex’s triangle made it way harder because he could start anywhere on the court. Dumars and Isiah would admit it years later. The triangle made their rotations were screw up because they didn’t always know when/where to double

Plus spacing is way different. Most teams are playing 4 on the perimeter 1 inside to space the floor vs the 3 on the perimeter and 1 inside looks teams played back in the day. Less spacing= easier to double team

A big reason Jordan gets the nod over LeBron, that gets very little attention. Free throw shooting in crunch time.

He really was super human. But the media needs to have something better than him, even though Lebron is great. Mike was just different in the way he raised his game come playoff time.

They played that because they asked what was MJ listening to in the pre games for G5 vs Cavs in R1. he said Anita Baker, so they played it in the very next game Bulls played. sorry for the year old response. Imagine this system replying to an old message 1000 years old lol. only to be answered back by nothing or an descendant.
