It really looks like Detroit needs to overhaul their forensic team. I'm so glad the Oakland County Forensic Specialist showed up because all I kept saying was why did they not actually properly investigate this case. They knew they had did shoty work, if you look at the facial expressions they gave during testimony, their failure to properly collect evidence and document the body was obvious, yet each one declare themselves an expert. Scary. But they did not investigate any of the others or the person dressed in all black the same night. There are at least 3 if not 5 other suspects who need investigating. They found bloody foot prints but they didn't match his shoes. They never checked anyone elses shoes. The suspect needs therapy to identify why he's in bondage to risking his person to be locked up over petty mess.

@@michaellauderdale-yr9om ok I'll break it down in basic terms for you. Michael was out committing felonies, if caught he was done, already had a stack of previous charges and would be going away to prison if caught. He avoids people all night, does not want to be caught. Suddenly he finds a figure on the floor, not knowing according to him what race, gender, age it was. He doesn't know if they're hurt or what, but he approaches because according to him, he'd like to help a person in need. But when he approaches, he realizes it's a dead woman so he dips out. What I'm saying is not adding anything, simply asking IF he had approached and the woman was not dead but alive and injured or in any other state and asked him for help, we're supposed to believe he would call police to help a random while in the commission of a felony? Or the risk he took by approaching a person passed out not knowing how they would react? So again, he is risking going to prison for a very long time to simply check on a passed out person. I mean what a simply idiotic thing to believe this man was out there being a Good Samaritan, risking prison, to maybe possibly help a random person who may or may not need help.

@@malcriadamedina5358 Perfectly stated. MJB"s concerns about "optics" are the same if the woman wasn't dead. If she was passed out or unconscious, how do you think she would have reacted if she was woken up by a masked car thief? She would have woken up the whole neighborhood. If he was being a good Samaritan, I don't believe he would have checked her pulse. He could have tapped her body with his foot, poked her back, or simply called out to her. One would take all those steps before resorting to a pulse check. If you stumble upon a blood soaked body on the street, the last thing anyone would want to do is reach for someone's pulse, especially when there are neck wounds. His story is so absurd

This guy buried himself by testifying. He was obviously lying on the stand and making up things that he hasn't even said before. Why would he take the risk of carrying a backpack or a grocery bag of candy. If the police did approach him, those two things would lead to an arrest. He puts way too much emphasis on the backpack when he's in such a dangerous situation! He's either the worst car thief or a murderer. Even the noise he makes when he's trying to decide if he's going to admit to a lie. There's just too many odd occuremces that can't be explained. Like searching for a passport for a Halloween party after Halloween. No one listens to a scanner because they're speeding. No one touches a dead body right after seeing a security guard, starts to run away, but stops to retrieve useless, worthless stolen property while he sees the police further down the road.

Guilty Racially motivated murder, expression of dominance over the other tribe. Are used to be rather acceptable behavior up until recently in modern history, even in countries like Germany after World War II both the Americans and the Russians had their way with the women of that country. It’s a primal animal behavior to hurt the women of another social group in order to establish dominance over them. If you see yourself as being of another tribe, this is the ultimate form of expression of dominance.
