He hid the money he paid Michael Cohen to pay off Stormy Daniels under "legal fees". Go read the SDNY's Michael Cohen's charging documents from 2018. Trump is individual 1. The only reason Trump wasn't charged in 2018 is because he was the sitting president. The attorney/client confidentiality gets tossed immediately when the client and the attorney are committing crimes.

It’s so frustrating that Robby and Bri haven’t taken one millisecond to look up the underlying campaign law - Bri is especially derelict in her duty seeing as how she’s a lawyer. It’s only a campaign finance issue if and only if the payment was made for the sole purpose of getting elected. E.G. Purchasing a suit would not count because you could wear it for non-election reasons. Polling, on the other hand, would count because the sole reason is related to election. MOTIVATION, or INTENT nor the ACTUAL reason for the payment has absolutely no bearing on anything. There are many reasons to want to conceal an allegation of an affair that have nothing to do with an election. It is NOT a violation of campaign finance. Do a tiny bit of research please.

Trump never threw Cohen under the bus. He just didn’t hire him for a cabinet position in his administration when he won the election in 2016. It was Cohen who tried to throw Trump under the bus because he felt betrayed even though Trump never promised him anything.

Even if this case results in a conviction from a rigged jury in NY, it will result in an immediate appeal and then case is gone after Trump wins the election. Trump will never see a day inside a jail cell but he will see 4 more years in the WH. 🇺🇸
