@@brianduru3753 I understand, I’ve been working out basically bodybuilding for over 20 years and I can tell Micah has been hitting the gym. He has definitely put on some size. I’m constantly seeing behemoths in the gym. Compared to the average Joe ,Micah is big, is he an absolute unit (not in my eyes), but I feel ya. It’s all opinion anyhow. It is funny as hell how he is bald posing but not in the mirror hahahaha lmao that’s the funniest part of the video

No, he couldn’t. You have no idea how insanely difficult it is to learn, defensive schemes, or any scheme in the NFL if you’ve never played before that’s why rugby players never translate because the NFL is extremely complicated. It’s like a chess match. Tell me what are you gonna do in a cover two defense in a 34 as a weak side linebacker what’s his role in that specific call? And then he has to memorize all the words that equal the place they get sent to the captain or middle linebacker really, or safety whoever Has a helmet that connects to the coach on the defense and a cover to is only one called there’s many types of calls in schemes, and every scheme is different. It’s much more complicated than picking up European football. And I’m not taking away how tactical soccer as well I played in the US it’s just football is a completely different beer so you can just pick up. He does have the frame but that’s it nobody can just pick up an NFL career without ever playing unless it’s a college basketball player who is super tall and could translate to tight end.

He’s learned new schemes at each team and picked it up quite quickly 2) defensive players in the NFL learn new schemes going from college to the pros and when they move on to new teams.. if they can learn new schemes and tactics, so could Micah. Obviously it would take more time because he’s never played American football, but he still could

@@TheSheriff1873 Yeah, I’m from the US so we called soccer I didn’t mean it wasn’t a real football player. I know he was a professional it doesn’t matter. College still has schemes college still has a football scheme US football. It is not an easy thing to learn and they still have to learn all the call signs of this game. It’s a completely different game. Why do you think people can’t transition? Have you played US football? Do you watch it? Do you know anything about it? No you cannot just start and be in the NFL it’s not possible bro. There’s been one guy who had no success he looks promising, but he couldn’t grasp it from rugby and he even said it’s too complicated but yeah you’re right micah can play soccer and then go just pick up an nfl career. It’s not even close to the same thing. There’s been a couple guys and by couple I mean you can count on two hands who have transitioned who never played football before but they played college basketball and they became a tight end which is much easier to learn just because they’re big and it took them a little while to understand it but again a tight end is a much easier thing to learn comparatively. You just need to be big run a couple routes and be able to block. Mika has 0% chance of ever being an NFL linebacker. He just has the body type that’s it and he’s also too slow at his age way too slow. He’s linebackers now are 220-240 running 4.4 40 yard dashes. All Micah has is the physique nothing else I played soccer and I know a lot about US football. It’s not even close to the same thing and you should do some research on how insanely complicated the NFL schemes are. You can watch videos on NFL quarterbacks, calling to play. They say nine different words that don’t mean anything except them because they practice all training camp to understand the scheme and know that that means a certain word they’re gonna run a certain route or they’re going to be in a certain type of coverage it’s extremely difficult. And I am even simplifying it for you

@@blackextention06 lol ok you used to do it and to what end? ask any pro body builder and ask if it would be a good idea to try and reach top level results by training multiple times a day. what I did in my youth with testosterone flowing like a river was insane and frankly stupid because of the train it placed on my nervous system and joints and that was multiple disciplines. even top bodybuilders dont train twice day unless they're on roads or peds to counteract the negative effects on growth due to over training or stress

@popssinor8921 never needed to use anything other than creatine n zma's for sleep. I trained at a pro gyms for nearly 20 years. Google ironworks or emporium, Birmingham UK. Your body and its breakdown is unique to you. Thankfully my wife is a mobility queen. I've corrected any issues caused by training, by training better/correctly.
