I’m not a Staley hater, but it was obvious that he was in over his head leading a football team as a HC, no matter how smart he is. Hopefully he learns from his experience and enjoys success in the future. Harbaugh shows us how you lead a group of men. Listen to the OLine Committee podcast when Harbaugh was hired by the Bolts and hear what Alex Boone, who was with the 49’rs during Harbaugh’s years there, has to say about Harbaugh.

Leading a group, team, or crew is an art that not many people can master. I knew Staley wasn’t the answer as soon as he started dropping names of people he knew,. I’m someone who has hired and fired for years(me) I’ve encountered people like him, they’re 99% faking it. Knowledge doesn’t translate to leader.

Our coaches will finally hold our players accountable and vice versa⚡️ good season coming🫡⚡️

It will be a fucking tuff season if we "Charger" with Harbaugh. Its so hard to get excited. I see all these amazing moments and players and interviews, and all my brain can think is "Sounds nice" "Looks good" I can feel this little inkling of a shock of excitement, deep down in my soul. Its so small and unfamiliar its confuses me. Time has taught me to be numb. History has shown me heart ache. The past yet to near to be forgotten. Keep up the hard work Team, and keep focused. We don't need to be perfect, just better.
