This was awsome... because although it's amazing raw. It's the cherry on top when engineered. Sheesh

The processed vocals are clipping here. You can hear the "sizzle" in the high and high mid frequencies. If you roll off a little of the high frequencies, this would be golden. I know the mic itself isn't giving that "static" clipping sound on its own because the SPL (sound pressure level) level on this mic is 160dB, which is crazy high. You will never mic a sound source so loud as to make the SM58 clip - EVER - so it's something to do with the overzealous EQ-ing in the high frequencies.

Hi, I want to record my written poetry professionally. Suggest me a good audio interface and microphone. But my room is not sound proof. The sound from outside comes inside our room. If I use Audio Technica 2035 mic and Shuru SM 58, then what will be the difference between the two? And which audio interface would be better for ShureSM 58. In which there is no noise and the quality is also good at the time of recording.

Show me in detail where the real magic is, I mean how do you achieve that clearer and more uniform finish, I am having a hard time finding a good EQ to record my vocals, the microphone is a warrior and adapts well but what is the ideal EQ for the sm58 on vocals

How to EQ vocals changes depending on a lot of different things such as type of mic, type of singer, how loud or quiet the singer is etc . Theres no "set" way to EQ a vocal, but there is a few tricks you can do to make sure you are half way there: Remove Unwanted low end from 1-100Hz Remove "boxy" Frquencies usually around 400hz - 800hz Boost the presence from 1.5kHz - 5kHz Theres a few other things to consider too like using a De-esser Theres not really a right or wrong way to EQ vocals, the best way is to listen as much as you can and find what sounds best for the rest of your mix

Sir I am full beginner. I want to record my written poetry professionally. Suggest me audio interface and dynamic mic. Which gives me professional level quality. Because my room is not sound proof. My total budget is 300 dollars. Tell me such a setup that I will not regret buying.

Scarlet solo interface. As for the mic, the sm58 is a safe bet. If you have a lower & warmer voice, I might recommend like a AT2020 to make it shine a bit. Seems to work ok in some untreated environments

There is too much noise. That's what I hate about dynamic microphones.

What noise are you talking about exactly? Your comment is worth nothing if you don't specify what you mean by noise.

He’s talking about the *static” CLIPPING “Noise” that your hearing in the processed vocals. Dynamic microphones have the least probability of having noise or room noise bothering your recording. It’s not like a condenser
