in 2007 Al Gore said the Arctic Sea Ice would be gone by 2014.. Here we are in 2018 and there is 1.1 million square KM more Ice in the arctic on this day than the same day in 2007. Arctic Ice is increasing now..

ARctic Sea Ice hit a low 6 years ago in 2012. On this day in 2012 vs 2018 there is 1.2 million square KM increase in ice. . Not a decrease..

+Dean J Powell Federal flood insurance is subsidized. It encourages construction in those areas because the premiums don't come close to covering payouts. It's not a market based insurance program.

Too many stupid people didn't understand what global warming referred to. They would go outside and say "hey it's snowing, global warming is a lie!". They didn't understand that global warming refers to the transfer and capturing of energy within our atmosphere. Climate change is an effect and global warming is the cause. Climate change is the RESULT of an increase of trapped energy.

You gave me a link to someone's blog... seriously though do you honestly think all the world's scientists are trying to pull the wool over everyone's eyes for kicks? Or that there's some kind of financial incentive? On the contrary, companies like ExxonMobil successfully paid scientists to hide the truth about global warming, and we have the documents to prove it. I know global warming is scary as hell but it's better to be prepared than wait until there's nothing left to do.

  • @joncathcart1118

On the off, off chance that you're a true seeker, you'll find that "someones blog" packs alot of weight in the vast collection of information exposing the lie about the dire consequences of AGW. There's a much larger story than you seem to be aware of. Are you honestly claiming ignorance of "some kind of financial incentives"? Please. MIchael Crichton's excellent book on the politics of science, State of Fear, exposes what is really "scary as hell". There is a lively debate outside the mainstream that rips the cover off "97% consensus among scientists." I suspect you are aware of this..(WE have the documents...). I also suspect that your purpose is to wave newcomers away from independent research by labeling it "Conspiracy". Sadly, the fearful and the weakminded will take the easy road. I encourage anyone reading this to do their own research with an honest and unflinching investigation and let the chips fall where they may. Follow the money.

I know that you can take the raw data and tweak it by eliminating certain "anomalous" data readings and shape the trend to say what you want it to say. Seems like they have been changing the way they do that to follow the GW narrative. What happens when we let the raw data speak for itself? What about the last 18+years of negligible warming?(of course you can move the goalposts and and make it look like it is warming....) Do you have a degree in one of the Meteorological fields?

  • @vladthemanpire5894

SlipKnotRicky It's not necessarily about the global tempatures but the changes in certain regions. Surely you know of the draughts all over the southeast in the USA. Yes these are normal but this one is longer than every other recorded draught because of the effects global warming has. It's called climate change for a reason. A few degrees more at one corner of the earth can effect another one. The subtropic atmospheric transition zone is also moving north because of reasons I can't explain in english but you can look that up aswell. Obviously this has happened before when Rome divided or the early Medieval times we only make everything happen faster.

Vlad the Manpire I don't deny Climate Change, just that it is primarily human caused. The Earth's axis wobble could be a contributor to this but it is rarely talked about. The Climate changed before man all on it's own........

SlipKnotRicky Yes like I said we are just making it worse for ourselves. I also think we should concentrate on other things first like reducing plastic usage and better recyling. Some states in the US really have a horibble system. I don't know if you live in the USA but you might want to consider voting for Bernie Sanders if you do. Look at all the things he predicted aswell if you aren't convinced.
