Its not that the heat dont have the money, they are unwilling to pay the tax penalties when you go deep into the 2nd apron. So those other teams you mentioned are paying SUPER high tax penalties for having those rosters. Thats why. the money is always there, but you have to pay steep penalties on taxes in order to do that

I would rather strong role players than Demar Derozan. He isn't a consistent 3 point shooter, nor is Jimmy, nor is Bam...... We need shooters and size, it's that simple. I would've loved Trae way more, even if he's undersized.

This makes zero sense for this team. This ain't the 80s. We can't "midrange jumper" our way to the finals. I want Tyler gone, but how this works doesn't make sense. None of our young players should be dealt. I'm also tired of trading our first round picks for guys who aren't gonna make a real difference. Lauri Markenen got better when he got away from the Derozen led Bulls. Iq don't want that to happen to our young guys. Trade Jimmy and start looking for the next DWade.

It's been almost 2 decades since a team built with midrange jumpers could win a title. If I'm just yapping, prove me wrong. In recent history, where has that formula worked? When has the lead scorer of a championship team not been a good to great 3 point shooter? I'll wait for your response.

Jimmy and Demar operate in the same areas of the floor - the mid range. That and the NBA becoming a “hit more threes than the other team and you have a much higher chance of winning” league, I don’t love this.

Fan are so lacking in knowledge...Everyone is always looking at what other do on the other side of the fence.How many times has miami been in the eastern conference finals in the last four...five years...how many times...in the finals in that same time frame...the only other team is boston...and being healthy...they finally won against a team that wasn't gonna beat them anyway....That being said...with all the trades of other teams...etc...who has done better in that regard...Just because you think that this stuff looks good...doesn't mean that it is...I'm with the godfather...because continuity...youth...and health...makes a difference for maintaining a lengthy run....A trade only guarantees that you have someone else.How did the dame thing work for Milwaukee 😅This is my opinion....my opinion. I also have reservations about DeMar. I think it is time to give up the whale hunt and add depth. I would try Tyus Jones. He could be back up to Terry, provide 3pt shooting and make it easier for the big men to score. This would mean giving up Caleb and maybe a sign and trade

Tobin, trade Tyler & Duncan and get Demar. Pick up Buddy and run it with that team. Chicago, Brooklyn, and Utah and would want Tyler. Duncan also could go to a handful of teams. That could clean our books. Demar is 10 times better than Kyle. Jimmy and Demar could switch between 2-3

We aint getting Jack, we only get used by players as leverage to get a leg in their negotiation process with other teams. Our owner is a CHEAP SKATE. Why would any all-star level player go to the lakers?? They have reddick as their head coach with 0️⃣ coaching experience, drafted a college player who averaged less than 5 ppg , and you have an aging all star who can no longer defend, so we can rule out LA.
