@@user-ls1ko5lo3e It really doesn't, it's just a reflection in the camera. There would be instantaneous thunder if that were indeed the case. The actual lightning is above the camera.

Florida is not a Sunshine state anymore its always lightning and thundering also its a state between Gulf Of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean effective for hurricanes and thunderstorms

I was actually inside, but the building blocked my view. I was a little sad.
